I dined in after work because it’s right by my job not too long ago. Billy greeted me with a smile and was just so polite and answered every question i had about the menu. He brought my food out a couple minutes later and was just so sweet. He seemed like the only one really cleaning or working and the other staff was vaping in the dining room which usually wouldn’t bother me but seemed unprofessional. Other than that the experience was great!

I received really quick service on this particular visit. I ordered 2 breakfast platters. My only complaint was to find out that cinnamon raisin biscuits were discontinued. However, the cinnamon roles are a nice replacement on the menu.

I just went to the Middletown Ohio Hardee’s location to get something to eat and was just told they’re only doing door dash orders nobody else can even place a order unless with door dash that’s utterly ridiculous is you ask me people who cannot afford DoorDash are just turned

There is a reason hardees went out of business in this region. The ones down south are still excellent. This one is TERRIBLE. The service if you can get any is zero stars. The food is zero stars. The employees are RUDE and disrespectful, all the way up to the GM Nathan. Do yourself a favor and skip this dump.

The food is average. On one trip my chicken strips were over-cooked and depressing. BUT my husband has always enjoyed his burgers. Service has always been friendly. I've never actually been inside.Parking: This location never has a full parking lot. I'm not sure they get a lot of dine-in business.Kid-friendliness: What kids won't eat chicken and burgers?

This restaurant opened in 2018..and i was so excited, as I am a California transplant and they are just like Carl's Jr.Sadly over the next few years the place just took a dive, soda machine always leaked all over, a dirty bucket to catch this, order counter was just a dump for trash and personal belongings, the floors looked nasty and ALWAYS had a wet floor sign out???The last visit was in 2022 sometime but i remember it because only a cook showed up for the shift, the poor guy was taking orders, from counter and drive thru, then having to cook the orders. The manager at the time sat in a booth out front on his phone and did NOTHING to assist. I never went there again... until today.I was really happy to see that the place was VERY clean, everything working properly, the floor was clean, clean!!!!I was greeted right away and even the cook was smiling back there. I told the manager of my previous experience and she told me the new GM, Nathan Dunn, was responsible for the turn around.! GO NATHAN!!!I will resume as a regular at this Hardees location and will even check out breakfast, as everyone raved about the biscuits!Sincerely,Jeri HibbsMiddletown, OH

Over the past year, or so, I have developed a TRUE anxiety of going into the lobby to order fast food from anywhere. I feel people accept or are thrown into management/leadership roles, by default, when they simply do not have the skills or do not have the heart for it. Resulting in them having an aggressive power/ego trip where they become a Boss instead of a Leader and yell at the employees or talk down to them in a disrespectful, condescending, embarrassing way right in front of the customer, as well as TO the customer at times. Or resulting in just having to witness a complete chaotic meltdown behind the counter making me too nervous to even ask for my dipping sauce they forgot to put in the bag.Several months ago I was at the B.K. by your location. The manager was running around like a chicken with it's head cut off. I placed my order then she proceeded to take her keys and lock all of the dead bolts to the lobby entrances/exits. I thought there was an "active shooter" or something dangerous going on outside. I asked her why she was locking us in here and she frantically said she was not letting anymore customers in or out until she got the drive-thru caught up. I'm sure this was against some fire code if not illegal. There were only three of us in the lobby and five cars in the drive-thru.I went to your Hardee's this morning for breakfast. The drive-thru was wrapped over halfway around the building and the lobby had about 8 costumers, half waiting on their orders and half waiting to place their orders. My anxiety began to set in. I thought I was walking into once again another chaotic, intimidating and uncomfortable situation. But what I witnessed was like a breath of fresh air. The G.M, Nathan I believe, showed the most impressive display of humble integrity, respectful leadership, professionalism, a "can do" attitude, and a zeal for customer service that I have not seen in a long time.He was very able to assert his clear-cut instructions and communication with the staff respectfully, and professionally while under what I've believe to be a stressful situation. He remained adamantly calm, cool, and collected." Okay, everyone! We have almost all of these cashed out. Now just like you did before. We're gonna start taking order's again! You're doing great!"For the record I have never, ever had an unpleasant experience with Hardee's. But this one was well needed. I hope upper management is proud to have Nathan on their team. Not only was I satisfied with the customer service, I was more impressed with not having to see a look of dread on the faces of the staff preparing my meal because of poor management.I NEVER give reviews. But I was so impressed with the level of kindness I received not only from Nathan, but his happy staff as well. It made my day. Thank you.

I absolutely love love Hardee's. My favorite for lunch/dinner is the big hot ham and cheese. It's delicious I get them almost everyday I work thirds so I normally order an extra sandwich to take to work with me for my lunch break. They always get my order right never had any problems my boyfriend loves their hot ckn sandwich and also their breakfast is the best in town. We always get their biscuit and gravy and I get their sausage cheese biscuits. Their biscuits are delicious fresh everyday always soft best in town. If I could give them more than 5 stars I most definitely would and tonight they slipped a note in my bag thanking me for being a loyal customer. And such. Totally made my night ❤️❤️Kid-friendliness: Has kid meals high chairs

When the Middletown, OH Hardee’s first opened the food was AWESOME! Today I stopped by for lunch and received, quite possibly, the worst food I’ve ever had. I bought a medium 3 piece tender combo and asked for salt and ketchup and received one (1) ketchup packet for a medium fry. I suppose that is ok since the fries were inedible: limp, greasy, cold; not just not hot but COLD. The chicken tenders were room temp at best. The coke was good. Otherwise very disappointing. Unfortunately, there is no place on the website to leave feedback other than Google reviews.
