Ordered from grub hub at 4 for pick up at 6. You know how poorly managed this place is. They canceled a near $70 order after the driver arrived to pick it up. They had 2 hours to do that and waited until the last minute. Common courtesy would call for them to you know contact me and say they were out of something or you know prep the order with the 2 HOURS they had to do so. I had people coming over for some chicken and movies and this just made us have to change our plans completely last minute. I would not recommend giving this place your business if you can afford it. They are poorly managed and rude if this is how they handle a simple delivery order. Not to mention this is the 2nd time I've had issues woth the location.

Terrible.ordered thru drive thru, food was not edible, chicken tenders looked and felt 12 hours old. My husband returned the food and manager stated they do not offer refunds they can only remake food. We refused the offer to remake food, I would recommend health department visit asap.

my food was SO gross. i usually love kfc but the chicken was barely cooked, it wasn’t crispy at all AND it was cold. my mashed potatoes felt like they had absolutely no flavor but were DRENCHED in gravy.
Someone changed the time on the pot pies from Saturday to Sunday . The manger there Nicole is a nasty person her family is well known across Middletown. I wouldn’t expect anything else. They all sit an get high why you wait in the dt. Larice Martin is in charge of both town an verity store . There both getto an need new area mangers plus new gm mangers.

Food was absolutely delicious. Staff was very friendly.
Found two hairs in my food. Still wouldn't refund my money. This was after they had replaced the initial order that was messed up. GM Nichole was very rude. Even though the employee had offered a refund before I waited on the GM. She also wouldn't give me her boss's numbers. Told me to call corporate. Sorry excuse for a manager.
