Had an experience last night with Lea the shift manager. Had digital coupon in which I was only allowed to use for my Dad & not myself. Typically understandable. However, how rude, obnoxious and negatively dogmatic Lea talked to me as a customer, put me in a position to write this review. When I let her know that I will be contacting someone, it didn't move her one bit. In addition, my family & I have been very patient with hardly no chicken after 9:30pm or very restrictive menu & up to a 40 minute wait for something simple as a pot pie on more than a few visits. In addition, constantly being out of special food. Most of the time, after 9:30pm, it's like they've basically shut the restaurant down. Why stay open late? We have found ourselves going a couple of exits up to solicit another KFC. My recommendation is if you want KFC in Middletown after 9:30pm. Avoid this location & definitely avoid Lea, the night shift manager. She definitely doesn't know how to talk to or respect a customer.

The smashed potato bowl with nuggets was really good. It was even better with the KFC sauce on it too. The Mt Dew Sweet Lightning was great. The mac and cheese and cole slaw are alright. The spicy chicken sandwich was awful. It was soft and soggy inside. It also wasn’t even spicy.

KFC has always been at the top of my fast-food heirarchy, however that was before I became aware of the obsessive amount of sodium that the chicken at Kentucky Fried Chicken contains. With a typical chicken breast containing around 1,200mg of sodium, with 2,300mg being the recommended daily intake. So I definitely wouldn't recommend eating the chicken here if you have any adverse health conditions. While I'm sure it's probably fine to eat it now and then if you're fairly healthy it's important to manage how much you decide to indulge.Vegetarian options: One might think that the vegetarian selection at KFC is extremely limited, however upon thinking about it, many of the sides at KFC are vegetarian friendly. Including the fries, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and mac & cheese. However these are sides, so unless you're not too hungry and you're going with someone who isn't vegetarian and they don't mind giving up their side I couldn't say I would recommend a vegetarian to KFC.Dietary restrictions: KFC chicken is decently high in sodium, cholesterol, and fat. So as long as none of these are an immediate concern and you don't plan on eating it every other day, it should be fine.Parking: This establishment has a lot of parking spaces, I would even say that more cars can fit in the parking lot than people can in the restaurant itself.Kid-friendliness: KFC is an extremely good restaurant for kids, the food is well above average, albeit extremely unhealthy.

The drive thru cashier had a great personality, and the food was tasty! Their new nuggets are fire.
I overall LOVE KFC. This location was definitely lackluster. The chicken tenders were cooked a bit long, our fry containers were half filled if that. The person filling my order was new and actually said he didn't know what he was doing. Was missing a fry so had to go back in. For the price it didn't feel worth it. The chicken tenders seemed wayy thinner then they used to be. Overall the food we did receive was ok. Would definitely go back to KFC maybe not this location though.

I have visited this outlet a few times. I always use drive through, and I frequently get wrong orders. It is inconvenient but ok at times. During my last visit (about a week ago) I ordered chicken tenders. ALL of the tenders were burnt! They were so bad that I had to throw them away. It is not the only time they served bad food, probably 3 times in last six months. The other time I received a sandwich that was burnt too. I have been returning because this is the most convenient chain on my way, but I will probably not go there anymore. Too bad because this is right of I-75, and probably the nearest of all the chains in that exit.
