You should warn customers about the Instacart scammers working at your store. I placed a $40 order, Instacart scammer was able to charge $140 worth of items. As if that isn’t enough, now the charge for $140 has went through. PLUS I still have $104 authorization hold. So now I’m out $250 for a $40 order.
I called Kroger to remove the auto hold, they have no record. Instacart also has no record. Absolute nightmare

Colin was an amazing cashier! He is very nice and made sure that everything was right with my groceries! Nick was the bagger, and he also provided great service and was careful with my groceries. Nick even helped clean my hands with hand sanitizer and got between my fingers!

My experience was horrible if it wasn't for this place wasn't the closes to me I would never stop there . I do make it a point to not shop there . The place is dark an yes it does smell funny . The customer service is so lacking I'm surprised the store is somewhat running. If this was my only experience I would probably let this go but seeing how a simple thing as a bag can make the person feel uncomfortable to say anything to me as I walk pass the service desk and you think you have the right to reach in my bag without saying a word is why I do understand why I won't be back and why suggest no one else should either .

Haven't been here in quite some time and after stopping by to pick up a few things I remembered why. Walked through the door to be accosted by a horrible smell. Thought about walking out but was running late so I grabbed my items and got out as quick as I could. Does management not care ?Can they not smell ?Only one cashier working. Two people watching the self checkout. I'm not working at Kroger's so I refuse to check myself out. I don't want to take someone's job. DONT THINK I WILL RETURN!

Pharmacy is a joke. Drive through line closed. Pharmacist & Pharmacy Tech’s will not answer phones. Do not accept walk up prescription. One line only which literally went through the store & into parking lot. Can’t transfer prescriptions because Pharmacist doesn’t answer phones. Wait times are HOURS!!!!!! Called District Office & they tried calling no answer. Said they would write up & give to management. Dirty, never stocked. Don’t waste your time or money’

My husband picked up our sons prescription and they gave him THE WRONG ONE. What they gave us could have seriously hurt our son, and it gave us someone else’s information (same name, different person). When my husband took it back the woman rolled her eyes and asked why he left with it. Totally irresponsible and dangerous. Do not use the pharmacy there!!!!

I was charged a 4.95 fee for the free pickup order . My order was over $35. The employees that brought my order were polite and kind and fast but from now on, I will check my receipt before I leave.
