It's a 1 star past 9PM and a solid 3 during regular hours. They have like 3 people after 9PM so expect major delays. Morning staff and day shift are usually standard McDonald's though.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They are slow. They don’t move the line very frequently there’s no one moving currently it’s been 15 min and only 2 cars have moved up. I have no idea what’s going on. The employees are not hospitable. I have worked for McDonalds and this literally has to be the worst one. Now it’s going on 20 min sitting in the same place with the same cars at the speakers. Horrible horrible place. The only reason I tried to come here my daughter begged me to get some and well see this literally happens every single time I come here. I avoid this location at all costs. If you do happen to get through the employees treat you with disrespect like you are inconveniencing them by coming to get food when it’s literally their job and the whole point of this establishment FOR PEOPLE TO BUY FOOD without customers YOU WOULD BE OUT OF A JOB. I can’t take it anymore we are leaving it’s been 30 mins now.

It really doesn't matter what location it is I'd give them all 1 star but I go to this location the most and the only reason I bumped it up to 3 stars for this one is because the older lady that usually takes the orders in the morning is a sweetheart. Other than that the food upsets my stomach so I only order drinks and the atmosphere has sucked since they changed the look.

If I could give no stars I would. We were just at the drive through and got a small fry and 4 drinks. The sprites we got had no syrup in them, and the frys were disgusting and old. We went in to have our order fixed and were pointed at and the man that helped us (in a dark shirt I’m assuming a manager) refused to talk to us and ignored us until he was told to help. He gave us two more sprites without checking the syrup and they were the same as before. The frys were only marginally better. Take an extra 3 minutes to go to the one by the freeway. They never mess our orders up, and the employees are always pleasant. I honestly have never had a good experience at this location and I’d be surprised if they regularly clean or change out their deep fryer.

Poor service, was the only person in drive thru and had to wait 25 minutes for my order, only to be given the wrong order entirely. I do not recommend this location at
