The first thing I saw was that the fithy floors look like they haven't been cleaned in months. We had to place orders on one of three electronic order takers, two of which didn't work . One of the orders of food was three chicken fingers. we got one finger and two nuggets, and small at that, the other orders had very few French fries. After getting the food, we proceeded to the tables and could not find a clean one. I had to clean myself. Went to the restrooms tobwash my hands , let's just say it's not picture worthy. Left in anger . No one Evan said anything to us ...

Order from kiosks only. Got order 3/4 wrong. Made right though. Ordered shakes with meals. Meals came out … still waiting on shakes , finished meals still no shakes yet 45 min later ask for refund and left. Interactions with employees was nice but bad service. Which is typical of this whole chain but my experience here seems worst than others in surrounding areas. Not as bad as Hamiltons location though… which is no longer aroundKid-friendliness: Good options on kids menu. Hotdog and grill cheese in addition to burger

We came in today 3/30/23 and a worker Rob/Robert was running around working his tail off! If someone needed something, he was on it. This man could run this alone... He basically was. Great worker, very respectful!! Will come back just to see him!! Keep your head up man, we see you, you are appreciated!

Paid for a garlic burger but received 2 pieces of meat on a regular bun(they forgot the cheese and also the garlic bun) the fries were all cold and soggy. My other sandwich was ordered without cheese but it was very clear that they cooked it with cheese on it and then just partially peeled the cheese off and called it goodThis was my first and LAST time eating here!

Haven't been since it reopened. Food was great. The whole kiosk thing is just weird. But the food was excellent.
Sooo disappointed I didn't read the reviews before we came ??. Absolutely horrible!! First off it's about 50 degrees in here. The food all came out wrong, every sauce we ordered and paid for was missing. Every carryout and the few tables that came to dine in were missing items. The one guy running the grill was working hard, shouting out orders and it's like everyone else was asleep behind the wheel. Save yourself a trip here for sure!!!

If you want to sit at the speaker in the drive thru for 30 mins without getting your order taken or even spoken to ( with no cars in line in front of you ) then this is for you! Even coming inside with it not that busy expect to wait at least 20 or 30 mins. Worst restaurant I’ve

The dining room is FILTHY. You can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a minute. All the tables were disgusting and had leftover food on them and drink rings, We came in shortly after opening. I tipped at the kiosk for food to literally be handed to us then everything else was self serve , including “ bussing “ our table and I’m a server so I’m big on tipping. Steak n Shake used to be the place to go back in the day. The health department really needs to make a visit. Picture attached of the high chairs!
