Ordered 3 subs online, was given a time for pickup. I arrived 5 minutes early, waited behind the 1 person who was in line. When I got to the counter the girl working told me she was just about to start on my order. That I could have a seat. I sat down and then watched 6-8 customers come through and get all of their orders made ahead of mine while I sat patiently waiting. 1 other employee was standing around talking to his girlfriend instead of working. Then I see there was another guy who had just been in the back. He finally came out about 30 minutes into my wait and started working on my order. Slowest sandwich maker I’ve ever seen. It took my over 40 minutes of waiting to get 3 subs that I ordered 20 minutes before I even arrived at the store. Worst service I’ve ever seen at a subway. Zero communication etc.

Had some subs delivered to my place. Turns out they were out of wheat subs so instead they gave me regular bread and two cookies. TWO! They left a note on the receipt apologizing for the substitution and a frowny face. I'm very happy with the outcome. Keep up the good work, hope the workers have a good day!

My partner and I dined in here recently. Dining in was a mistake. The older heavyweight woman made it a very uncomfortable experience. I ordered a wrap instead of a sandwich. She tried to talk me out of it. Openly complaining of carpal tunnel and how she couldn’t wrap a wrap. I still did get the wrap, not wrapped properly though. My partner and I were sitting inside eating. She apparently had a problem with another worker and was openly making a huge scene. We ate as fast as we could and got out. We won’t be returning.

Had a pick up time of 825. Got there right after, waited in line which is fine , but then they told me my order hadn’t been started. So I sat down. They proceeded to make everyone in lines sandwiches before mine. Not trying to be petty but if I were door dash I would have wanted money from them for making me wait. Also no sense of urgency. I dislike leaving a bad review but if your running late do not go here

Employees hate their job. Complain openly about shifts and hours. Was short with a customer before me. Slams the condiments on the bread and rushes us through when no one else was in line after us. Employees argue with each other openly.Very unhappy with the service. Rude and very unprofessional.
