After waiting for a few minutes at the front counter, I tried to place our order through the kiosk but it wasn't working properly so we went back to the front counter and waited. 5 employees walked by or out from the back, noticed us standing there but didn't acknowledge us. Finally the girl working the drive-thru finished taking an order, made the food for that order, then came to the front counter to take our order. Sometimes the drive thru gets a little congested but that’s hardly their fault. I just really don’t think other Taco Bell’s can compare to this one. The food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and accurate. The manager and her entire staff are super friendly. There are a lot of fast food options on Verity and this has to be my number 1.
