The cinnamon twists tastes like a grease trap, the tacos are nasty, they missed part of our order even after I asked if they got everything. I can’t even finish what I paid for. Y’all lost my business. Place should reported to OSHA for the nastiness.

I'm not sure what happened. I ordered my favorite food (Mexican Pizza). It tasted horrible. It tasted like there was bleach or something mixed into the bean dip. I called about it, but because I wasn't given a receipt, I was told there was nothing they could do.

The employees work together and are kind, friendly and clean in appearance. This is my go to Taco Bell. Lately I've been disappointed in the quality of the food. Especially since every thing every where is expensive now. I debated and decided to stop there today. OMG!! Food was delicious!! Service was great!! Actually had sour cream on the whole taco, not just the end. What ever team you had working around 2:30 pm today really has it together.
Ordered online last night. Where's the meat? We got nothing but a heavy bag of wet dough! Tasteless, except for the hot sauce I added. If this is your best you have to offer, I'll cook at home. Mine's better!!!!

Ordered the taco party box, 3 locos tacos steak and a Mexican pizza. The locos tacos were chicken. Checked my receipt and it was rung up right but we got the wrong thing in the bag. And everyone that ate the beef tacos got food poisoning. My toddler and 10 month old have been inconsolable for going on 24 hours. My older kids have been sick to there stomachs.Worst stomach cramps I have ever had. AVOID!!!!!!

If I could give a negative rating I would. I am so sick and tired of being ignored if you are not in the drive thru or using the kiosk. Employees look at you and totally ignore you. Ridiculous. Worst Taco Bell around. Where is management?
