very very very rude service had a employee charge the window like he was gonna throw a punch? we sat at the window for over 20 mins and mind you we was the only car in the drive thru. the lady at the window was kind but the gentleman and lady at the speaker was extremely rude and aggressive for some reason. ( i heard the female at the window tell the male that charged the window to calm down?)

The good review first. The lady working the counter was nice and took my order right away. The food wasn't bad either. Fresh with plenty of fries.The bad review. I ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich but got a regular chicken sandwich. The cook in the back was talking very loud and cussing and the manager didn't seem to care.The place was picked up but needed swept and a fresh moping. The floor was sticky everywhere I stepped. The bathroom mirror was terrible. They must of used the mop to clean it.

In general, they get the orders right 3 out of 5 times, and that's if you can get them to take your order. There are times I've sat at the drive thru for 10-15 minutes before I get a response at the speaker.Just the other day I visited and went inside, and I purchased a combo meal that was $9.19. When they rung it up, it was $12. I explained the item I ordered was $9.19, and they said the register was correct and the price on the menu hadn't been updated yet.I won't be going back to this one. Between the slow service and the price gouging, there are far better options.

Ordered Dave's Classic meal and the burger was horrible. Bottom bun was super hard. The burger was dry. The fries were cold. Very disappointed.
Avoid this place like the plague. Horrible service and the food is worse.

Was in the mood for a double and fries. I used to love Wendy’s. Last time I go to this location. Gross soggy fries and the hamburger was nasty with wilted soggy lettuce, not a fresh burger. This location has definitely went downhill!

This was a few days ago I’ve spent that amount of time trying to get in touch with a manager. This location is so bad and gross they actually disconnect their phone. They closed at 10 I sat at drive through window from 9:39 till almost 10:00 just seeing if they would take my order. They were staffed and knew I was there they just flat out chose not no take my order. They own a few more locations in butler county as well, Monroe, Springboro and Franklin. Avoid at all costs!!!

What has happened to Wendy’s?!?! We are at our 2nd Wendy’s, because the 1st one didn’t have baked potatoes. But the second one didn’t have baked potatoes either, unless we wait for 1/2 hour!! We passed on that, but we’re still in drive-thru line for another 20 minutes. We finally got our bill for a price of $33 for 3 people. ? But then they didn’t put one of our sandwiches in the bag!!! We now have to go back. We are spending way too much time and money trying to do business with Wendy’s!!! #wendyssucks #lessonlearned
