Extremely slow service. Ordered ahead online and set to pickup at drive through. Drive through line was super slow and even when I got to tell them I had an online order they had to make it still. It didn't save me any time at all.

I came into this Burger King and I've been here many times but today was exceptionally good. I will say that their drink machine wasn't working but besides that the overall experience was wonderful. I want to give a shout out to the General manager Jen. She is very supportive and encouraging to her employees. Made me feel good to hear that she was being so supportive and encouraging. I truly believe that people feel valued like that you keep them longer.

You can't pull out of line once you're stuck it in at this location.I waited 15 minutes for them to take the order in front of mine and then 10 minutes of silence when it was my turn.I pulled away at that point when the car in front of me finally moved. I was the 2nd car in line and nothing for almost 25 minutes.That's not fast food that's not even up to to Burger King standard someone should fire this franchise owner it's been like this for a couple years.Sorry, no more, or any of my dollars go to this business.

Absolute trash location anymore they used to be friendly they used to actually get to your food on time I just sat in the Drive-Thru at the speaker for 15 minutes and no one ever came after they literally just took the order of the person in front of me I pulled up and they totally ignored me their GM needs to crack down on this location because this is twice I've been in there in the past week and got totally disrespected and this time not served at all. Used to be my favorite place to get breakfast now the Burger King can go choke on a whopper and I'm not talking about his sandwich

I wanted to try the ghost pepper choices before they ended. I got a delivery through burger king - fast, np. It was 1:30 pm Sunday. I got the ghost pepper whopper with extra hot stuff, no tomato or lettuce. Pickles yes. I also got 8 ghost pepper chicken fries. The food was split in two to share. My son and I both thought the burger was the BEST Whopper we had ever had, wild with flavors. The crispy jalapenos added a nice crunch. Spice level was medium. The chicken fries were good, crispy and low-medium spicy. Ranch dip was nice. I hope this burger remains available.

I placed my order an hour before they were supposed to close and 30 minutes before they stop taking orders well 30 minutes go by and they decided to cancel my order after 30 minutes of waiting for them to make it and give it to the delivery driver. All so they wouldn’t have to make it instead of making an order that would have taken maybe 15 minutes to make I work in the food industry and this was just wrong to be honest the place I work never would have done this
