Really great pizza. Unfortunately it’s not $30 for a large pizza good.The side items are usually good as well, though also highly priced for the food. I’d eat here more often if they lowered their pricing. $30 for a large pizza is not even worth advertising as a “deal” because it’s a luxury at that price.Good underrated pizza, that’s unfortunately overpriced.

I tHiNk the prices on everything are HiGH. When they offer coupons. It's til for just a bare minimum. (Like $2, $3 or $5 off when U spend a certain amount)Also would like to SEE ? some changes in store & menu. Simple thing as use RED onion instead of WHiTE. Or give U the option to choice what kind of onion. Same with sauces/ types. Better deals / coupons, Lower prices, & menu changes

Went there tonight to pickup order.Gave the girl my gift card.Couldn't read card she went back to get manager for help.He wouldn't come out of office while I stood there for 5min.He never came out.Had to pay cash for cold pizza.Will call corporate tomorrow.I go there a lot,but no more.

Used to like Donatos but at least this location is bad. SKIMPY portions. I ordered extra cheese and extra sauce and you couldn't notice. When you used to order their pepperoni the pizza was covered with it. No more. Very skimpy. To add insult to injury this pizza cost $35, $40 with a tip. No more Donatos for me.

First time eating from this place in about eight years because one of the kids wanted it. Same borderline inedible garbage that made me swear them off a long time ago. Takes something special to mess up pizza, but they manage.

These disgusting people sent me a pizza missing a piece. No big deal for real. But then I call the store and manager wants to act like I'm the one in the wrong and it my fault or something. Told me to take a picture and send it to store. Oh yeah let me text that right to you. Disgusting management. Oh and the drive refuse to give me change when I gave him 40 in 20s and total was 23 something. So his 17 dollars tip was a rip off.

Customer service is gone I believe. Ordered online for pick up, saw several people working, so the restaurant wasn’t short staff. Pizza was ordered and gave a 8:08 ready time…. Received it a half hour later… no apology, breadsticks sat in the window from the time we arrived early at 7:45 to 8:40. Paid over $65 for tonight’s dinner.

Sandwiches that were ordered were terrible. Wasn't the greatest experience. I understand they could of been low staffed and with the weather issues but doesn't effect how badly the order was made. Sandwiches had little to nothing on them and the lettuce and tomato on one of the sandwiches were put in the oven as well instead of after taken out.Hot chicken sandwich was not hot and i had to add some stuff from home to make it edible.
