In a world of degradation of service, today was an exception when I met Alex at the drive thru. Immediately, I was struck by the personal and friendly voice. He ensured my order was correct and also made sure I wanted the various things that come on the sandwich. At the window, he was even more welcoming and also recognized his coworker Savanna.
