Ordered a loaded bacon chili cheese fry in drive thru. they put tomato on it. When I called later the lady answering the phone didn't even know if they come with tomato or not.The manager I spoke to was very rude, standoffish, and offered nothing to make it right. I won't be ordering at this location again due to their unprofessionalism.

I was really taken aback by how warm and nice the staff and the manager of this restaurant were to me and my gal. I’m from out of town and was comparing the different Cincy coney spots in town and this place had the best people! Coney was great too!
