I absolutely love Jimmy John’s. I was extremely happy to have them move to Milford. I just don’t understand their delivery route. I’m right off of St.Rt. 131 by the high school and they don’t deliver, less than 2 miles. Very disappointing.

I love JJs, but the Milford Store seemingly cannot put a correct order together. They always forget add ons like chips or cookies on delivery. They also forget to add things like peppers or any of the sandwhich freebies.

This is the worst jimmy johns, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt since they were new but I am constantly let down. They put all the to go orders at the drive thru not on the rack (you select in the app where you want to pick it up, inside, or at the drive thru) so you have to wait in line for someone to give their order. Many times I order extra meat, or cheese and never get it also.
