Today was the second time in the last two months that my daughter and I waited over 30 minutes before our drink order was taken. On the first instance we stuck it out and enjoyed our meal. Today was a different story…TEN minutes after our drink order we sat there in our booth becoming more and more parched.We finally walked out. Sadly due to the continued poor service my daughter’s favorite pizza place has been put on our “Black List”. So long Milford LaRosa’s.

The last 5-6 times we’ve ordered a calzone from this location going back at least 1 year, it’s been SEVERELY undercooked. Every bite is undercooked dough. Absolutely horrible. How can something so bad continue to happen over and over again for that long! It’s literally not edible and that’s no exaggeration. The amount of money we’ve wasted on inedible food from this location is ridiculous. It’s our fault for continuing to give them another chance, but after tonight; we’re done for good. We ordered from another location a couple weeks ago and the calzone was perfect, so this is 100% for sure a Milford Larosas problem.

I've stopped ordering from this LaRosa's.The pizza and calzones from this location are consistently undercooked. I got to the point where I thought it was a fluke, so instead of "Friday Night Pizza" it became "once a month if we're lucky pizza."Even given the timeframe, the food arrived undercooked.Multiple times they'd forgotten my drink or "grabbed the wrong one," after which the rude delivery driver said "well it's only a dollar difference" and got angry when I told her to give me the dollar out of her tip money.The service in the store is fine, the delivery driver they've hired is absolutely not suitable for the role. Complaining because you have to walk up the stairs? Complaining that you might have to run back to the store to fix your mistake?This isn't the job for you, lady.I've been a lifelong LaRosa's fan, so imagine my disappointment when I bragged to my wife (who is from another country) how great LaRosa's is... only to have us both repeatedly disappointed.The quality has gone downhill, and having met the CEO during an unrelated job (repairing their store after a driver plowed through it) and hearing him complain about timeframes and money, I can understand why.

Sad that the service and food have declined so much. I understand that the staff is thin, but they are also not attentive at all anymore. The pizza is always doughy and floury on the bottom. The hoagies, which I always get, have become this thin piece of meat with a huge bun and light on toppings. Very dry. It’s embarrassing actually and my wife keeps laughing at me every time I order it. Salads have also gone downhill as hard as that is to believe. Larosas would fail anywhere else on the east coast but because it’s a Cincy staple, people keep going back. But for what? This is not to single out the Milford location only, have been to 4-5 different larosas in past few months. All the same. Just has become a sad place to go…

Terrible service. We had ordered and had our menus taken before we had finished ordering. We had to ask for another menu and had our waiter take our menu away again before we was able to order again from the menu we had just asked for again. Then when we tried to order our waiter wouldn’t let us finish our order and walked away.
