I will never order from the Mildford Penn Station again ? The cook did not put gloves on until after putting my food on the grill. Also, people are rude, and my fries were cold... expected me to pay 10.50 for that ?♂️

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!1 hour wait time then still was not ready and would not issue a refund. The Franchise Owner was out sick and called me 2 weeks later to not say sorry but offer a comp card for nothing close to what I ordered. Very rude and unprofessional. He said he didn’t think waiting a hour for 2 subs and fries was that bad.

This is the absolute worst Penn Station. The waits are absurd -45 minutes to an hour for mediocre food and the customer service is useless. Beware...
New location is much nicer and clean. The were more generous on the fries than Eastgate and the staff is fantastic and friendly. We live between Eastgate and Mullberry and hands down will choose Mullberry next time.

They are under new management and it is ran so much better! The employees and manager are much more attentive. One of our subs was accidentally messed up by mistake and they promptly correctly it but they let us know why the order took a little longer. They gave us a free drink while we waited which I appreciate.

It's very dirty. They're so friendly and the quality of the food looks and tastes great...but I'm really concerned because the bathrooms are filthy and the restaurant looks filthy that I could get sick. I risk it because the food is so yummy. I understand they're fighting grease on a grill but it's a hot mess in there.
