We go to Red Robin a few times a year. Their burgers are absolutely delicious! Appetizers are great too! Every server we have has a great attitude and they stay on top of the wants and needs of their customers. If I had a restaurant closer to my house I would go more often. I highly recommend Red Robin!

Service was terrible. Watched our waitress sit behind the bar hanging out with co-workers for 15 minutes while we waited to order and get a refill. Keep in mind, there was like three other tables occupied at the time my family and I were eating. Food is mediocre. Might as well go to McDonald's. At least there you can refill the drinks yourself.

Our server was great very attentive and helpful. The Burger was a little dry but tasty. The restaurant looks a little weathered and need of painting or a spiffing up.
While the restaurant was clean and our waitress was very attentive and polite, our food was pretty disgusting. Somehow everything was …… wet. The burgers and fries were soggy and gross. We won’t be coming back.
