I recently ordered two Mexican pizzas along with two Crunchwrap Supremes from Taco Bell, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Upon receiving my order, I found that both Mexican pizzas were smashed, which significantly impacted their appearance and overall enjoyment. Additionally, while the Crunchwrap Supremes were intact, they lacked the expected freshness and seemed hastily assembled. The taste was mediocre at best, failing to live up to the usual standard I've come to expect from Taco Bell. Despite the convenience and affordability of their menu items, the quality and presentation of my recent order left much to be desired. I hope Taco Bell addresses these issues to ensure a more satisfying dining experience for their customers in the future. 1 stars.

Why don't you just open your lobby at night to delivery drivers and online orders so you don't end up with a line around the building and twice the work? Because locking your lobby at 7PM is ridiculous.

Kiosk order only inside , no signs stating that , employees just look and do not say anything. Customer told me finally they waited awhile also .

Me and my husband was just at Taco Bell this morning, kindly ordering food at the speaker, and we made sure to mention that he said 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos. Lady just says just pull up to the window with a ridiculous attitude. So we just go ahead and pull up to the window. We pay and get the receipt. Then we look at our receipt and noticed that it wasn’t correct things got mixed up. Which is alright things happen.. so we had to pull back to the window to let her know this kindly. Nothing was said she just took the receipt no simple apology or anything. But we got that corrected. We come home, my husband opens all of his burritos. One of them had literally nothing on it, barely meat at all it was clear this was all on purpose just because we wanted OUR order CORRECT SORRY? Then the other TWO burritos were torn IN HALF. What’s the point in attitude when we were kind and didn’t get rude. Either way it’s unacceptable. Not going back again. I’d rather have kind people who know how to do their job and don’t flip over nothing.

Very upset that on a Thursday night at 8:25pm the dinning room is closed and locked. Place is dead no one in the drive thru and we can’t go inside. Just because 90% of the world is to busy to sit down and eat doesn’t mean everyone is.

I am vegan and have been for a long time, thus meaning there are limited options when looking for some inexpensive fast food that is plant-based. I have had trouble with Taco Bells in urban locations before, and I wanted to give a positive review for this Taco Bell. It is the best Taco Bell that I've ever been to. The employees are very courteous and respectful, very professional. The plant-based bean burritos that they make are better than any of the other ones that I have had. I'm appreciative of the plant-based options at this Taco Bell. Thank you so much.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Taco Bell. It has a LOT of terrible reviews, but I’m always happy. I order ahead on the app, and I’ve never had them make a mistake after probably a dozen or so visits so far. Food is what it is. It’s a Taco Bell. It hits the spot it’s meant to hit.

Let’s start with kiosk to order the food. It takes away from human jobs and older people have no clue on how to work it! Then the employees seem put out because they have to come take there hands out there pockets to help. Ridiculous! My sister ended up having to help them. Not her job! The food was poor. I ordered 2 of the potato burritos and the potatoes were hard and crunchy! I took it back up to have it remade. I went back to my seat to eat my loaded nachos and seen a BROWN hair in it! I took it back up to get a refund. The girl I asked to remake my burrito made a potato bowl instead lol couldn’t even get that right. When the manager was getting my refund the girl who messed up my remake order said that a blue hair that’s non of ours. This was also the same girl who had her Honda SUV parked right up front by the door having smoke breaks.Parking: Employees parked there personal vehicles up front so they didn’t have to walk to the car for smoke breaks because it was raining. I mean why not have the paying customers park away from the building and walk in the rain so the employees can have a short dry walk to smoke cigarettes? Lame!
