Its Texas Road House you already know its going to be good. I love this location because back in 2009 they helped raise money for my cancer treatments and I could never be more grateful. Also the server Dawson Stone is top notch amazing energy recommendations for those trying to eat healthy with lots of protein.
The food was cooked early supposed to be done at 9:10 p.m. they had to hold the food till 9:40 to wait on rolls to get done. Therefore all of our other food got cold. The rolls that they gave us were undercooked and mushy on the inside so this particular trip was a complete failure. And my wife called to talk to TJ about modifying her salad which did not get done correctly. This meal was a go back and do it again. But instead they decided to send out cold food. This was our 40th wedding anniversary meal and due to my disabilities I decided not to go out and eat in at the restaurant. That was a mistake.

I was here this evening for dinner with my family, I did order a steak medium rare and it came to the table well done. Our waiter Travis was very kind and had the kitchen immediately refire my steak and the manager TJ stayed and watch me cut into the new steak to make sure it was cooked properly. It tasted amazing. Worth the wait and their hospitality and speed with fixing the issue was awesome! Thank you guys for a great service!

Our server was amazing, I can’t remember his name but he has a slight accent and his section was near the bathrooms and I was in the third booth. He was very attentive and never once let our drinks get empty . He wasn’t in a rush and helped us with everything we asked for. 4/20/24

I give 3 stars mainly because I expect more from a steak restaurant. They cooked my wife's fish better than the steaks. Don't think these guys know what rare and medium rare means. Bread was not doughy this time. They are getting a little better than my last visit. +1 star

TR is great for a steak dinner, or for just apps.We were seated in the bar surround without being told that was happening. At the time I wasn't aware that we would have one of the bartenders as our waiter. Soon learned that however. Bartenders are busy, busy with the whole restaurant's bar orders. They don't have time to wait the surrounding tables.As you may have guessed, our service could have been better this trip out...Otherwise the food was good and the wait wasn't too bad.Parking: They have expanded the lot so it's better, but it still gets packed on the weekends.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, a wheelchair is doable.

The steak products are not up to what you might expect. Our visit had food not cooked and cold. The volume of customers may be the issue. Seating is difficult if you have a party of four or more. All have to be there to be seated and the entrance is crowded and busy.Parking: More than needed even on Sundays, a very busy time.Wheelchair accessibility: Available but tables and seating can be an issue.
