It doesn't matter if it's your first time or hundredth. It is always a welcoming place to be. I go out alone and sit at the bar, I always find people to talk to. Young or old, it doesn't matter. Someone will talk to you. Music on the weekends, different themes on different nights and Sunday Bengals game with a spread. The bar food is good. Doesn't matter what you wear, who you are, or how you look, check it out, and you'll have a good time.

I have been going to talon tavern for probably 10 years now. I love the owner Jen & all the staff. They are always super friendly and sweet. It has a very "local bar" feel but you will feel right at home. Love their pizzas, can't say there is ever a bad one.

Surprisingly clean. Very friendly staff. Food and alcohol selection are decent standard fare. Not much to do there. Recommend going when there's a live band.

I'm lowering my rating based on my last 3-4 visits because the service has been very slow. On today's visit, we came in, sat at the bar and waited a good 10+ minutes before the bartender even showed up behind the bar. We keep going back because the food is decent and we like the atmosphere and location but because of the consistent slow service we will likely not be back for a while and give them a chance to fix the issues. Hopefully next time we give them another shot service will be back to an acceptable level so I can push my rating back up.

The food was awful! I got the soft pretzels & cheese.The 1st pretzel was good, the 2nd one tasted like it was a week old and so chewy I couldn't eat it. The cheese was watered down The draft beer was warm too. Awful experience. Plus Saturday night and only one bartender with a live band. Service was awful
