I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I tend to sit around and chat with Mallory (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and Lexi (again sorry if I spelled your name wrong) a lot. I love how friendly and knowledgeable they are and how cozy the atmosphere is. I was bummed because I haven't been stocked up on my shakes and teas for a bit with my friend being a distributor....but thankfully I found this place! Today was my first visit to Milford after a High School Friend highly recommended. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Crystal (owner) and her son with a welcoming hello and smile. Right away I knew I was going to have a wonderful experience. Crystal went over the menu with me and how it is made since I am sensitive to dairy. I chose the Coffee Heath Bar Smoothie and it was AMAZING! Perfect after my gym workout. I highly recommend Milford Nutrition Family Run Small Business....read full review

Noticed the name on the window passing by. Returned later and stopped in to see what they offer. Talked with Lexi and (Chrystal?). Purchased an excellent chocolate brownie smoothie! Absolutely will return for the smoothies. I'm 70 yrs young and will very likely attend the $5 drop-in stretching/fitness classes they offer. Really nice people.
