$2.85 for a large beef patty is criminal. Nowhere else in Cincinnati (including other Wendy’s locations, I’ve checked) charges this much for a beef patty. Lady who took our order was extremely rude about it too.

Manager was extremely rude. Order was incorrect. I ignored it the first day and returned because sandwich was good, rest if order messed up.2nd day manager was Rude. I called Wendy's corporate and no hear back.
I waited in line tonight for about ten minutes before my order was taken. When the lady came onto the speaker to take my order, she started cussing "f*** my toe." To which I drove off, because I had a child in the car, andI feel that you should keep that off the speaker. I understand it's not the most professional job, but it definitely made me uncomfortable. Service is usually okay here, but that brief interaction gave off a rude vibe and I will not be returning to eat during the afternoon shift. No urgency to serve quickly, and felt it okay to spew profanity over the speaker not caring who's around.

I don't think they have ever gotten my order right and they always leave something out...like get a kids meal but no fry in the bag. Get a Taco salad but no salsa or sour cream in the bag. Get a spicey chicken with cheese but no cheese added. Listen to me, EVERY. SINGLE.
