An amazing variety of fruit wines and meads. Loved the rhubarb wine, pepper honey mead (honey from Brazilian pepper flowers), and a wonderful array of dry to semi-sweet wines. The standard mead was quite delicious, a little less sweet than you might expect from a mead, but just the right sweetness in my opinion.
20 varieties of cider, fruit wine, honey wine, and meads!! The owner is so passionate about his work—we were in happy company! None of the drinks here are backsweetened, meaning all of the sweetness and flavor comes directly from the fruit itself and the fermentation process. Excellent wines and meads, great atmosphere, and a very pleasant and informative owner. Been there multiple times and introduced multiple people to this great place.I will definitely visit again as often as I can.
