“We have been regular customers for almost a year and have has great food. We have always done pick up. last night we ordered 2 of the Pin combos and they were horrible. Every single mozzarella stick was busted open, the chicken tenders were very dry, the onion rings were in clumps and had wet batter still inside them, one of the combos was missing the hot cheese balls and both combos were missing 2 of the 3 sauces. We will order again because we support local, however had we ordered with friends over it would have been embarrassing. looking forward to getting your fabulous food again, hopefully this was a one time thing.“

“Great food reasonable prices the lady who took our order acted like it was a chore to help us after she brought our food she never asked if we needed anything else and we never saw her again we had to get up and ask someone else for whatever we needed the other people who helped us were very kind I would definitely go back that said attitude is 90 percent of working with the public“

“Hey right nearby. Weekend has bands, buses and bikes. Serves starters, salads, and sandwich foods. Hamburger was good but a bit dry. May be my fault for not choosing how done. Your brew should be there, huge variety and some drafts. Grab a Duck Poo or Duck Fart. Liquor also available.“

“First time!Our waitress was great! Got to use for drinks then food order quickly, kept tabs on us for refills, checked in after we had time to eat some of our food to make sure it was good. Food came out quick and wow is it good. Everything was hot when they brought it out. Clean Facility with Character. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Plenty of parking. “I knew of Rustic Haven since I was teenager. I went past it but never stopped. The past Saturday, my wife and I stopped for first time and reviewing menu on website. Food seemed a little more costly than other places we have visited but there are some extras which others didn't have. The Broasted chicken, which is very lightly seasoned and battered is All You Can Eat on Saturday night, that is what we had. It includes a salad bar which has various salads on it as well as pie for dessert and fresh rolls. We almost filled up on the salad bar. There are other things like steak, pork chops, sandwiches etc on menu if you wish. The waitress was the old type "Honey what can I get you! Is there anything else? You sure you don't want more chicken?" Sweet lady who was very attentive. Decor - think Christmas lights meet Grand Lake decor and you will understand. Everything was clean just some of decor was little tired. Overall we go for the Food and Service, not for the decor. If you are like us - Rustic Haven is worth a stop.
