“Best customer service! They were busy and I had a pick up order. When I got home, I noticed we were missing 1 item. They put a note in their files for next time and the manager went out of her way to bring me the missing item. She was amazing! AMAZING customer service! Will be back soon ! Highly recommend eating here!!“

“My partner and I came here for our date night. It was our first time here. First off, you walk in to this super cute and cozy little place. Right now, decorated all nice for Christmas. The food is to die for. We had the Crab Rangoon appetizer. They were so fresh and so creamy, they were addicting. The sauce for them is also sweet and flavorful and pairs so well with them. I also had an egg roll, and it was the freshest most delicious egg roll I’ve ever had. The sauce for it was very yummy and paired well with it. I had the Szechuan Chicken. It was made fresh. It was the perfect amount of spicey. It was absolutely flavorful and delicious. My partner had the Shrimp Lobster sauce entree. He said it was absolutely perfect and delicious. For dessert, we split a piece of pumpkin cheesecake that was topped with peaches and a sauce. The flavors paired so well. It’s delicious. The issue we had was with our server. We don’t know her name. She was a colored woman wearing a bandanna at the time. She seemed polite. However, she didn’t seem to care about taking care of our drink order. She put down water. She never went of soda, teas, juice, or anything. She only went over alcohol. We don’t drink. Therefore she brought our appetizers and even our entrées without bothering to get us drinks. She wasn’t good at making sure the glass of water got refilled either. My partner finally asked about nonalcoholic drinks, and she seemed offended that he asked. Finally got a soda to finish my meal with. We did ask for a virgin pina colada. Ben made it for me, and it was super delicious. I found it very kind of him to take the time to make me a virgin drink when the bar was a little busy.Getting checked out so that we could go home, was a nightmare. It was not horribly busy in there. However, there was a bigger party of people she was way more attentive to. We ended up being there for 2 hours because of her service. We couldn’t get her to bring us the check. We had to finally demand it. She gave it to us, then never came back. I do mean never. Ben was working the bar. He even ended up noticing how long we waited and he finally came over and checked us out himself. This was greatly appreciated.Ben is a very sweet man. He genuinely cares about his guests. His restaurant is amazing. I do highly recommend the place. The food is absolutely great quality. It’s worth the price for sure. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night.I’m not going to let the server experience ruin how awesome this place is. I do have to say tho, the cash tip we left on the table should’ve definitely gone to Ben instead of her.“

“The food is the best around the Maineville area. Service is very fast. Prices are great. As far as the atmosphere, I think Covid had its play and people not coming in and eating. They haven’t opened their buffet since Covid. But definitely a great place to get your takeout Chinese.“

“Food was excellent, portions and quality were up to standard. Everything came to me fast and I sat there as the dedicated staff served other guests very politely. They seemed to be hard at work the whole time and had the store tidy and in order. When I stopped to talk to the owner (cashier? he seemed to be in charge) he was unbelievably human. For being a 3.9 on Google maps that just happened to be right where I was at, this is actually a highly justifiable restaurant to stop at, with a great price point for some delicious food.“

“Always consistently great food. Family owned and man working the Wok is a saint and knows Chinese and Cantonese cuisine. My go to and I have another Chinese restaurant a stone throw away from me. I always make the ten minute drive here. Food is still piping hot when I get home if doing carryout. Economical and one dish lasts me at least 2 meals and I'm a big guy.“

“Good food with good portion sizes. Didn't know about this little place but saw it randomly. Went to try it, and I was not disappointed. We got two lo mein and could not finish it. We had two combinations which we finished. The black pepper chicken and Mala shrimp were good dishes, although I was hoping the Mala shrimp would have the "ma" Sichuan peppercorn flavor. The combo plates did come with soups and i got the egg drop soup that was really good. (I do love a good egg drop soup) The wait staff were great and patient.“

“OMG! First time trying this place and Holy! Is it good. The crab ragoon mixture was the best I'm ever had. And the wing that cane with my lunch was perfectly cooked and tempura on it was heaven. I can tell this is gonna be something I crave often. Everything else was delicious and fresh.“

“Have been coming here for many years. Food is always great. Much better than the average Chinese takeout. Love the pork fried rice, has a great roasted flavor. We got the Hunan shrimp and beef and broccoli (ordered both extra spicy and they delivered!). Highly recommend the Hunan shrimp. Lots of veggies and tons of flavor. Was surprised with the addition of bamboo shoots but they were definitely one of my favorite parts. The beef and shrimp were very tender. The fried dumplings were very good as well. Will continue to come here.“

“I forgot to take pictures, but this was surprisingly good. Located in the strip by Half Price books, I can't believe I haven't tried it before. It is typical American Chinese food, but everything was made really well and tasted great. We ordered take out Kung Pao Chicken, combination MeiFun (favorite of the night), Bourbon Chicken, Happy Family (least favorite), and Chicken on a stick. I think the thing I was most impressed with is that none of the shrimp was overcooked!“

“After 4 years of taste disappointments, we bravely tackled their buffet lunch. Why, you ask ? Thanks to our friends' push, we took the plunge. Not exactly a food wonderland, but hey, it was decent enough. The meat played it cool—fresh and delightful. The fish was swimmingly tasty, and the Hyderabad style chicken dum biryani had us doing a happy dance. While each dish had its merits, a sprinkle more of the right seasoning and spice could have elevated the taste to a whole new level. It's like they were hinting at greatness but holding back a bit – the seasoning's version of playing hard to get! Now, let's talk desserts. Shahi tukda was the superstar. However, they might want to gather the sweet troops and rethink the dessert lineup. On the brighter side, the curd rice was a fresh, tasty surprise.Ambiance, oh dear ambiance! It could use a splash of color and some serious decoration therapy to make it as inviting as your grandma's kitchen. Staff members were sweethearts, providing service that even Cupid would be proud of. Speaking of love, a bit of TLC for the ambiance and the staff wouldn't hurt. The price for the food? Well, it didn't break the bank, but it could do with a bit of haggling. All in all, dining here is like a rollercoaster – some ups, some downs, but in the end, you're still craving that next ride.“

“The ordering process is sooo easy! They also called as soon as I placed the order to make sure I ordered the right food. Everyone gets chow mein and lo mein just as confused as I do. (I even googled it before I placed the order) Thats very considerate of them!Dietary restrictions: Had a pepper next to possible hot spiced stuff“

“Very good Chinese food. Was ready in no time at all and was hot when I arrived. Pretty flavorful and sweet, breading isn't over the top. Crunchy on day 1. Price is solid for the portion size. Great takeout option, but I wouldn't eat in the restaurant if it were available.“

“Some of the best, most authentic Chinese food in the area! It’s just in a strip mall and nothing special about the atmosphere but the food is excellent if you want it authentic. The first two pages of the menu are the “American Chinese” dishes, labeled as such. But then the rest of the menu is authentic Sichuan. There are a fair selection of vegetarian options. Every one I have tried has been delicious. There are also a lot of spicy dishes since it is Sichuan cuisine. My wife has declared that the “spicy boiled fish fillets” are the best thing she has ever eaten! Once she discovered it that is all she gets here. It is a large portion ($17) that is easily two, if not three meals. She sometimes gets it for carry out. They serve alcohol but mostly beer, wine, and sake. However, they can also make simple mixed drinks. There have been several occasions when the restaurant has been busy and we were the only non-Asian people in the restaurantVegetarian options: Over a dozen vegetarian dishes.“

“It isn't even fair how good the General Tso's chicken combo is. I ordered my food and within 10 minutes I got a notification of it being ready. On top of that, I didn't even pick it up for another 20 minutes. It is still the best General Tso I've ever had. It had the perfect crunch, the rice was just right and the egg rolls were amazing. I may take an extra trip here this year just to have it again. <3“

“Delicious food! They have amazing deals if you create an account and order online for pickup (free stuff!). The delivery is fast and all of the employees are so kind. Best Chinese in Monroe in my opinion. My favorite items are the crag Rangoon's, the spring rolls, general tso, sesame chicken, and lo mein“
