I got the tiger milk tea with tapioca bubbles. You now have to order on a screen here and not face to face which I don’t like because I am personable and like to ask for recommendations on drinks. I don’t think that they put in hard work to make the drinks for the price charged or move with a sense of urgency. In my opinion it’s decent boba tea but not the best and the tapiocas don’t always seem up to par at this location.

I love their milk teas here. This time, I ordered the Thai milk tea bobba with 35% sweetness, and it was perfect for my taste. My husband ordered the mango milk tea with mango poppings at less than 75% sweetness, and it was extremely sweet for both me and my husband. If you like your tea really sweet then i suggest going for 75% sweetness else 50% should be good enough.

I have gone to this place multiple times but recently have been having issues with messed up orders. Whether it was the amount of sugar or ice, it always seemed to be different than what I ordered. That being said it seemed to be particularly busy and there were not enough employees.

First time customer and we loved the ease of ordering using the kiosks; but then we waited probably 20 minutes for our drinks. There were only two people working and I understood they did all they could to push out orders quickly. To their credit the quality and accuracy of the order did not suffer - delish!! The tiger milk boba was amazing!Note to management: get more staff

The two ladies working there today were awful!!!! Unprofessional and clearly had no interest in their work. I showed her a picture of the drink on the comp compared to what she gave me 10000% differentDisregarding the drink the ppl were awful.
Fiancée had some and thought it was amazing. The folks running the place were great. Never had it before and she is picky but they were understanding and went the extra mile to help her figure out what get.

When ordering on the automated screen, it gives you an option to select “large size” which costs extra money. I received the drink and realized it was the same size as all the others that I ordered that weee not “large..”When I asked if this was a large, the response was that they only have one size. I told them that I paid extra for the large and the response was “oh the manager is changing stuff.” What is also misleading is the pictures of different sizes on the walls.Next, when completing the order on the screen it asks for tip, but doesn’t give you the option to select zero. You have to select “custom tip” then input zero.Would not recommend this place.

the milk tea and the coffee drink i got had NO flavor at all! i got 2 extra shots of espresso and it did nothing to it. tasted like way watered down “coffee”. the brown sugar milk tea i got looked nothing like the pictures, barely any boba and not much flavor either! would not go here again.

The worst tea shop ever ! I order a yakult grapefruit 30％sugar. Came out super super sweet taste like 230％. I only taste alot of syrup and ice. Not going back again.
