I need to say that we live near several Penn Stations but we go out of our way to go to the Monroe, Ohio location . Today , after work my husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches. Mine was not correct. I called and the team there willingly re-made my sandwich without hesitation. Our sandwiches there are ALWAYS great and I count today as a one off. Thank you to the team at the Monroe Ohio Penn Station.

Partner and I are regulars. This location is so much better than the one on Marie in Middletown, therefore it’s worth the extra distance. On several occasions, Middletown gives almost no meat and mostly toppings. At Monroe, they know how to make the meat and toppings proportionate. The subs are always delicious. The fresh cut fries are pretty amazing too.I recommend the chicken teriyaki. My partner recommends the classic Italian.

They were able to make me the artichoke on a bed of fries (due to a wheat allergy), and it was insanely delicious!!! Thanks again guys!

Service at this location is terrible. On multiple occasions I've had missing sandwiches and online orders are never on-time (typically 15+ mins late). Don't worry tho, they will give you an IOU for the missing sandwiches; no Gift Card, no GrubHub delivery, not even a refund. Drive back up to the store to claim your verbal IOU.

Yesterday I tried Penn’s Sub for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. I was craving for a sandwich and found this restaurant near.I got fries and 2 subs. The fries are not bad, they need a lot of improvement. For the subs I got:- A veggie sandwich: it was really nice. The bread was fresh same as for the veggies. Next time I would change the sauce I chose for it.- Classic Italian grilled: I got it without the ham and it was delicious. I really enjoyed it.I need to highlight: the fresh and soft bread, the generosity of the ingredients and finally the affordable prices.I am craving it now! I can’t wait to try new subs and I highly recommend try this place.

Ate here Tuesday Sept 5, 2023 about 4:45 pm. Wow what a messed up place. The guys working the food all had beards but no coverings. Of the three two had ball caps on. This seems like there should be some sort of local health ordinance that would control hair. We did not find hair, but the potential was there. The water dispenser had lingering tastes of lemonade or whatever the water was connected to. That water on/off lever would stick- was it gunked up with some kind of debris? There was a food delivery from US foods. They rolled their two wheeler down the counter where the food was being prepped. The delivery guy had a beard also

Employees closed the store 30 minutes early and ignored us when we knocked on door since they were supposed to be open.

First time at any Penn Station Sub. Was having a working lunch meeting as requested by customer. Was curious why they picked Penn Station but glad they did.Ordered the Cheesesteak. Fresh, hot, and tasty. The bun was crusty but not hard. Right amount of flavor. The fries were crunchy and crispy. Great food, quick service.Note about their cookie. It’s good. Just note that it is a LOT of calories. 130 for a quarter of the cookie. Guess it should be a top issue when having cookies but it’s a lot for such a small bite.

I was witness to a unsatisfied customer. She waited a long time for her food and others who ordered before her received theirs first. She was told twice, that it would take X amount of time and both times her meal wasn't ready. Instead of apologizing, offering her a refund AND a gift card for the inconvenience...they were argumentative. Other than that, the food was good. They just need to work ontheir customer service skills, communication AND they need to hire some help. Btw....she never got her food.
