My family and I went out on St. Patrick's Day at 6:00, and it was packed! Luckily, we found a place at the counter. Listening to the staff and the manager orchestrate that organized chaos blew me away. I couldn't even concentrate on the conversation we were having. The manager had her eye on EVERYTHING! We had some friends who arrived 15 minutes before us and had to wait 45 minutes for their food because the first order got lost. The manager walked right over to them, apologized, and gave them their food for free! That's how in tune to customer service she was! When dishes were needed, they came out promptly. When someone was waiting to be seated at the front, she would ask, and one of the staff would jump to seat them. In the midst of the chaos, she reorganized things to make them more efficient. It really was a thing of beauty in a perfect storm! Did I mention that the drive-thru kept flowing smoothly as well? Give that team a raise! It's our hometown store, and we will definitely be back! Oh, and I must mention that our food was prepared pretty quickly too.

I went through the drive through and half of our order wasn't included, which happens. We parked and went in to get the rest of our food and discovered on our way home that our cheese coney had a hair in it.
I always order 3 coneys only chili and cheese and they gave me only cheese chili and bread. No hotdogs.

You get what you guess w skyline. Go in by yourself when your family is busy, sit at the bar, eat a quick (amazing) meal, and bounce. 15 minutes max but a very very nice little break from life. Skyline is perfect for what it is.

I work down the street from this skyline. Over the course of 18 months I've patronized this place 4-5 times. Every time the food ranges from meh to downright disgusting. Burnt hot dogs, weird tasting chilitos. Just throw it away.
