Donuts and coffee were like we would expect from these guys. They know how to get the job done, but donuts have gotten to be near a buck and a half a piece. Service was good but someone transferred donuts to the display case with bare hands. Use food service gloves O Canada. The floor was sticky. But hey I had a Boston cream and coffee, same as my wife and we were in heaven.

No bacon. (Most sandwiches advertised bacon). No smoothies - (even though they showed it on their menu - along with other items they said was not for “their” store). Only 3 pop choices. Fireplace didn’t work. Not sure if this is a new place or one getting ready to close but it was very disappointing. Ate at one in Canada and was very impressed. Not the same!

I recently bought 3 muffins and three drinks. Nothing extra ordinary. I pulled around and parked to distribute the food and drinks to my toddlers. After we were set, I pulled through the parking space and heard what sounded like a huge release of air from under pressure. I got out and looked around the car. I didn't see anything. 10 miles later I limped into a gas station with 4 psi in my tire. Here is my problem. With the sign removed, someone would surely have seen this. Do people just not care? Be careful in this parking lot.

Second time I've been through this location. Latte was not even close to being coffee flavoured. Like water and chocolate. Food was wrong. Ordered a maple bacon sandwich and got a sausage and cheese croissant. And when I asked for more sugar in my hot chocolate, the lady at the window told me to ask when I first ordered. It wasn't busy at all in the drive thru. She was rude. Won't be back here again. Will be going across the street to Dunkin. They have better coffee and donuts anyway.

Dirty tables.Even dirtier bathrooms.I mean as in human pubic hairs all over the sink dirty. I dont think i qill ever eat here again just based on the unsanitary conditions of the bathrooms alone.And these people want how much hourly to do what? Throw some fries in a carton or a coffee in a cup? Its attached to the wendys.

We didn't eat here, we ate at the Wendy's attached to Tim Hortons. This place was discussing, VERY dirty, the bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned, the prep area where they make the food, thinking about it I'm not to sure why we even ate there. The Mgr should be fired, and the restaurant should be reported to the health department and closed down !!! Oh, and their prices is higher because they are next door to an Outlet mall.

It was my first time getting coffee from here and the service was great and the person that was talking my order was so friendly.
I love that Tims is the only coffee shop that still offers coconut milk. The Nutella crescent is fabulously sinful.
