Luna has my favorite sandwich by far. I typically always get the turkey panini and it is consistently great. It is usually pretty busy and the line can be long but they move as quickly as I could expect for a smaller cafe. It is also a nice and clean shop. The service there is typically patient and polite.

The first thing that catches the eye is the pastry shelf. Love the scones, especially, crunchy and sugary on the outside. Salads are good but somewhat pricey. Olivia checked me out and was quite friendly and helpful. She even cleaned our table before we sat down. We really enjoyed the experience and will return soon.

Food and pastry is great but the coffee is just okay. Every time I have gone I have had a problem with the service though. Wait staff takes the order of people behind us in line, not knowledgeable about what they serve and allergies. Tried going to the cleveland heights location and was also met with poor service. It's a nice place but ultimately is way too busy and can hardly ever get a place to sit.

Luna was a perfect breakfast spot! The oatmeal was delicious and hearty! My peppermint mocha was exceptional! The service was quick and friendly!

Terrible experience, worst crepe, do not go there for crepes. Asked for extra Nutella on the side, the crepe was FLOODED with Nutella, inedible. Crepe was hard, crispy and hard to cut. Very disappointed.

We went at lunch time which was busy but no absolutely no excuse for a 45 minute wait for a panini sandwich. Twice my friend and I had to ask about our food! The food was delicious nonetheless the wait really made it unimpressive! No offer for a desert to compensate or encourage us to return! I did purchase a piece of Luna cake which was delicious! Maybe we will return maybe not

Not the best choice if you have somewhere to be in 30min - drink orders take pretty significant amounts of time to come out. Also, they forgot two of the pastries in my order. Pretty lackluster experience all around.

My family tends to order from Luna often for our family meetings and functions and the food is decent but the cookies are amazing!!! Specifically the ginger molasses cookie. Normally whomever is leading the group picks it up so I had never been to the actual restaurant until recently. I was in the area and had the bright idea to pick up a few cookies for my team. I was certainly displeased to see gnats and a fly flying around where my beloved cookies were. I get it, bugs are everywhere but flies and gnats touch trash and then transport it. I had already called in and paid for the order. Otherwise I would've just left and never looked back. I couldn't ask for a whole new batch to be made just for me so I just took my cookies so that I could throw them in the trash quickly and quietly. I'm beyond saddened bc my family has to find a new spot and I have to find a new place that sells those cookies. Do better Luna!

Ordered a BLT for lunch. Website says the sandwich includes avocado and was the reason I chose to order it for pickup. Picked up the item and there were the smallest slices of tomato and no avocado. :(

I ordered the crepe, scrambled eggs, and a vanilla iced chair tea. No photos because I was starving! LolWe ended up sitting outside which was nice due to the umbrellas. Overall, was a good experience. Will def be back for brunch again!
