My husband and I, with our three kids came here to eat. Our waitress was so nice and polite, she was very attentive and explained current pricing/deals in detail. She brought our food quickly, the order was correct and delicious, and checked on us an appropriate amount of times. She was very accommodating with paying the bill since I used a split payment method and provided reciepts for the whole order as well as each individual transaction associated with each payment method. The booths were cleaner than most places and the music selection was right up my alley, family friendly and not overbearingly loud or too soft like hearing a murmur. Overall great experience!!Parking: Parking lot is on the side of the restaurant, plenty of spaces, easily accessible, handicap and wheelchair accessibleKid-friendliness: They offer a children's menu, coloring pages and crayons and staff was accommodating with special requests for kidsWheelchair accessibility: There's handicap spots and a wheelchair ramp to the door, in fact it is directly in front of the door

Last two times I've been in the last week. Noodles weren't cooked properly and didn't even finish half of my 3-way. 2nd time I went I wanted hot cheese and they forgot which is fine but they took the 3 coneys they gave me and just added the hot cheese on top. So there was like 2 pounds of cheese on each coney. Terrible service as of late. Hope they get it figured out.

I purchased two cheese coneys and was charged $25.45. Someone else’s order… Have attempted to call the Mt. Orab location and no answer. Very unhappy.Update- Store manager contacted my wife and apologized for the problem and gave her a refund.

We have been eating here for years and it has always been great. I had a bad experience in the drive thru when they reopened from their remodel. The coneys were just bad; dry bun, and hardly any cheese or chili. I figured oh well, everyone has a bad night. Well, the next time through, I told them about getting dry food the previous visit and asked if they could make sure there was enough chili; I get home to a dry 4 way, dry coney and missing hot sauce and crackers that were asked for. It's disappointing, but I will probably try again. I hope they get it straightened out.
