The chipotle in Mount Vernon OH is AWFUL. Truly don’t waste your time. They are out of something ALWAYS. Don’t even bother with a to go order because they will give you even less. I couldn’t give a worse review.

I have no idea how this place is still in business! The majority of the time they are out of at least half the food options and IF they have what you order it takes an ungodly amount of time to get your food. Just waited an hour for our order and was told that we would have to contact corporate to get a refund if we wanted to cancel our order! WTH!? Stay away from this place!

Had a blonde moment accidentally, got really hot salsa. Was trying to deal with it. They demanded to remake my bowl for FREeE to make sure I was satisfied ?

The teenage boy making the bowls was nothing but rude to all customers. Made me cry ? Instead of checking to see if there was a refill on queso, he rudely told me they were out and then it was filled right when i was done paying for my bowl. He yelled at another girl in my party saying “WHAT DO YOU WANT” and when I asked for a bowl he said “I guess”He was the only one making bowls and I’m sure he was stressed out but he needs to be more respectful.

Place was a complete mess. No fajita veggies. No silverware. Card reader broken. The serving line was gross and sloppy. Last time I go to this Chipotle.

8 entrees ordered and none of them were labeled! Had to dig through each one to figure out who’s was who’s. It didn’t help that 3 of the entrees were made very incorrectly! We order here twice a month spending about $100 each time for my work. Will not be ordering anymore until this restaurant gets it together. Used to be a great location but the last few times we’ve ordered it’s gotten worse and worse

I was there on a Sunday afternoon ordered the salad and after it was made asked for an extra dressing and they said we don’t have any salad dressing. I politely said well if you don’t have dressing I don’t want salad, the line worker threw the salad across the line into the trash and said next…. She definitely does not need to be working with the public, they should have told customers before they ordered salad, there was no dressing.
