Nice , knowledgeable people answering phone. Order took about 15 min longer than we were told to expect. We get a lot of delivery so there are signs up where to leave packages on front porch. It was cold outside. When pizza was late I walked out to check on it. Not there, I found the sign was coming down and it was a light rain. I went in the back door and immediately through the house back to the front. The pizza was there in the cardboard boxes on the porch. No person or vehicle. Also no knock or doorbell or phone call or text..It was still hot since it was delivered in the 3 min it took me to walk around the house.And it tasted fabulous!We will order again but be EXTREMELY specific about delivery instructions.

The pizza wasn't hot when I picked it up. We had the same pizza at another Domino's a few weeks earlier, but the one from Mount Vernon wasn't good, lacking good vegetables and sauce.

I order bread bites from here at least once a week when I'm at work, and they are always amazing. Hot and fresh every time. The lava crunch cakes are mouth watering. This location is great!!

I ordered a alfredo pizza with extra sauce, but I think this is taking “extra sauce” way too far. and the crust was still doughy and stretchy.

I ordered my pizza at 7:03pm, at 8:33pm my food was still not here. When I llaced order it said 28-38 mins for delivery!
On 1/26/2024 at 5:30 pm a pizza was ordered from the Mount Vernon location. One of the toppings was wrong and so was the sauce. Pizza had very little of the wrong sauce which made it dry. Too far for me to take back.

I was running late picking up my pizza and the manager remade it for me. I got there after and hour and it was just coming out of the oven hit and fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous and food was delicious ?

Worst pizza ordering experience of my life! They said "Please hold" three times within a 12-minute span, without even saying "Thanks for calling Domino's, we're very busy right now but please hold." I had wanted to order a pizza to pick up before work. They made sure with their rude behavior that didn't happen. When I went into this Domino's to see what the wait time would be, even MORE RUDE TREATMENT. Never again!
