Food was good but the bartenders/waitresses were not professional at all. Tried to humiliate my friend for taking a shot without ID then instead of just asking her to leave which would be understandable she made a absolutely huge scene. My friend is 20 and finished my shot. My boyfriend ordered the shots for me while I went to the bathroom because it took forever for anyone to come ask us if we needed anything. So when we went to pay the bill and leave after she was absolutely awful to my friend and the group I was with my boyfriend asked for his change back because why would we tip someone who wasn’t a good waitress to begin with then was absolutely awful to us over something very small when none of us were even the slightest bit rude about the situation but when he asked she basically told him he was not allowed to have his change back which is absolutely illegal. Mind you she didn’t even ID my boyfriend when he ordered the shots. She was absolutely an awful sad display of an adult especially someone who works in the service industry but I wouldn’t expect anything better from a joke of a place like this lol

Very disappointed in the childish, inappropriate behavior of the staff recently.If you fail to be thorough as a staff member, you do not then go and take your ill placed frustration out on a group of paying customers. I recommend the staff is, at the very least, trained properly in customer service.I understand times are tough, but being short on staff is better than having an unstable worker.

Events that transpired are interesting. The server Anna belittled the guest for requesting their change back given the service and her antics were appalling!!Two wrongs never equal what you want it to.I'm offended an adult and also worker could handle herself so poorly in public .I can only say how proud I am of everyone at the table, allowing her to make a fool no matter who wants to cosign her actions, they the young adults carried themselves like legends and paid and walked away without engaging.
Horrible server, couldn't do her job to serve the table, had to be three different people. Never asked identification when buying two shots once on the table the server found time to stand and watch who took the drink. THE ONLY 20 year old did pick it up and drink it, which wrong and never saying otherwise. The server Anna came over demanded them to leave while yelling and throwing rude remarks. Because the table of two business owners, one doctor and two young mature adults, know how to handle themselves in public, they apologize many times and wait to get the bill to pay and leave. Anna decided once wasn't enough, so she again went back and yelled. Upon cashing out, the coustmer asked for change back given there was NO TIP ERRED OR REQUIRED. She then made it her place to make fun of him for asking for the change back. I've worked this line of jobs for many years, can be very stressful but.never have I ever treated anyone like that no matter the situation and given there was no relatory response from the said party I can't fathom any excuse you may want to conjure up for justification here.

What a fun place! Loved the beer and the shots. Live music was great, too. The burger was nice but not my absolute favorite. When you're drinking beer with a friend, though, it's good. Now hoping to come for the karaoke night!
