I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, and I was asked if I could wait just a minute. I said, sure. I drive a long pickup truck, so I always take the outside lane of a drive-thru. While I waited for "just a minute," a vehicle pulled up to the inside lane speaker, placed their order, and pulled through. Then, a car pulled up to the inside lane speaker, placed their order, and pulled forward. Finally, I'm acknowledged and asked for my order. I left after telling the order taker about this unacceptable situation. I would never stop at this location ever again. There is no excuse whatsoever for that type of work. The sad part is that in this day and age, fast-food workers are making more money than they ever have, and prices continue to rise. There is no way that the service that is received, or the food quality, justifies paying the amount that is being charged for the experience.

3 16 24 was in Mt Vernon, OH store 6505, 112 Newark rd, EXCELLENT SERVICE, EVERYONE HAD A SMILE, GREETED BY MGR WHO WAS MAKING SURE ALL ORDERS WERE PROCESSED AND CUSTOMERS WERE TAKEN CARE OF, VERY CLEAN, My mcdonalds on Brookpark road. In Brookpark, oh 44142 is disgusting, the franchise owner should have it taken away, I have complained

As a former employee of our Newark Rd employee, I am frustrated that the last few times i was in thru the drive thru that my order was incorrect or received the wrong order. Order given to the wrong car when ask to pull up, no cheese on my double cheeseburger, and handed the wrong items out the window two times. I hope these issues get fixed at some point.Parking: fine

Experience at Newark rd location, Mount Vernon Ohio on 2/9/24 at 11:30am: Drive thru order of quarter pounder substitute diced onions & ice tea, light ice...there was 3 tablespoons of the substituted onions & burger tasted freezer burnt! Ice tea cup completely filled with ice!! Obviously these employees enjoy making a point to piss customers off!!
