The cashier at the drive thru window was absolutely rude, she had no idea which drink was which (unmarked) and she forgot my child's chocolate milk. The fries were cold straight from the window, and the sandwiches had so many onions on the extremely old, dry meat . Disgusting!! I will say that I did call and the manager Keri was very understanding. Good managers like that do not deserve employees that can't even mark drinks or make sure they have all of their drinks !

Went through the drive through and got $31.37 worth of food and gave a $30 gift card and a $1.50 to cover the rest was told 3¢ was my change. Then I get home and don’t have any of the sauce that I ordered and I believe they up charge 50¢ for sauce so that’s $2 that I didn’t get. I have problems with this McDonald’s every time I go there I don’t think I’ve had a perfect order even once which is sad because it’s the closest one to me.

Never any consistency with this place. Sometimes the app doesn't work. Sometimes your large fry is actually full. Sometimes you chicken nuggets are not cold and you get the sauce you ordered. Sometimes the team members are nice. Each day can be drastically different!.

The lobby was closed so we had to use the drive thru. We ordered sandwiches and a large fry to share. The fry box wasn't full and the fries were cold. This was at 6 p.m.

Ordered the sausage burrito meal and 2 egg McMuffins in the drive thru. Got home and realized I was given a bag full of a half inch thick stack of napkins, 4 hash browns, and a bagel sandwich.
Got a cheeseburger and a 6 piece nugget, that's it, and they didn't even put a patty on the burger, how does that even happen
They were very skimpy on the heavy for the 3 orders of biscuits and gravy I ordered. My mcgriddle was ok, but the egg was cold on it.
