Look at this! Bottom of the pot. It was cold thick and dark like it's been in the pot too long. The bread was really really hard and she just made excuses that they're all like that. I told the manager I'd never had it that hard. No apologies were offered. When I told the manager about it she agreed it was the bottom of the pot but didn't offer to replace it. Then she said oh, here's a fresh pot now. She was quit rude with her attitude. Her name was Darian? Not sure how to spell it.

Around 4:30 the Drive through service was amazing, the employees accommodated my needs and meal. They went above an beyond to make sure I had what I needed.

Not sure what to say about the poor service other than lack of training and general professionalism by the person claiming to be the manager after I pointed out the issue. This conversation was very ‘we didn’t do anything wrong, this is just what you should expect’. I wouldn’t return to this Panera without actually watching them prepare the food. Ordered a green goddess salad with extra avocado among other things for pick up. The salad came with about a teaspoon of avocado. I completely acknowledge that Panera salads are typically $18-20 dollars with very minimal portions of the ingredients but I have received more on salads that I have ordered regular avo on, let alone when ordering and paying for extra. Hence why I ordered extra but to the ‘manager’, this is just how it is. The salad was also missing the eggs that come in the salad and some of the other veggies. So overall the salad was made extremely poorly and rather than acknowledge it, the person claiming to be manager stated that this is just how the salads are and should be expected. I didn’t ask for a refund or a remake as the salad was opened at home, I just had hoped they would at least acknowledge the issue but instead the manager told me that that I must be bored because no one would worry or care about this so I must be bored and have too much time on my hands. (Im maybe proving their point by writing this but I don’t know, the behavior was strange and weirdly childish) They were very heavy on the “this is just how Panera is, we have extremely small portions and it doesn’t matter if you order extra.” So I guess just don’t order and if you do, it’s apparently not worth it to get extra anything.

Jackson the Manager was very helpful with an issue I had with my order. Although Panera's food and portions are WAY overpriced, I may come again because of the service received this visit.

Things were very misleading but overall everything turned out alright. I thought I ordered the bakers dozen with cream cheese. They were out of quite a few bagels first thing in the morning and I only got only tub of cream cheese when I swore it said 2 tubs. Even the employee asked if I wanted the cream cheese with it, it just felt like a weird experience. Bagels were okay.

The manager there has the biggest attitude problem! Also believing in lies that her employees say about customers. I go through the drive through and order one thing and they gave me another. I tell them that that’s the wrong order and she wants to sit there and argue with me that that’s my order.

Never been so glad to have a Panera nearby in my life. To have a fairly healthy option in this strip is a godsend. What's there to say? It's Panera, it's basic, it's solid, it's the only place to get a decent salad or bagel nearby. Folks at the drive-thru window are always nice to me.I will say the portions are too small on soups (what's going on?). And I have had some sloppy sandwiches that I kinda had to put back together before I could eat them. Pretty sure they are understaffed sometimes. But the drive-thru is fine. Stick with salads and soups (dont pay for the bowl) and bagels and you're good.

Terrible service and dry food. This place has gone down hill big time. After asking for hot water multiple times, I ended up having to get a refund because my meal was gone. I asked for more sauce for my dry sandwich and that was a no go as well. Rude employees and n!ot a place to go anymore...my family won't be back.

So sick of ordering Rapid Pickup and they don't put my order on the shelf. Also, half the time I'll get a text that's it ready, but when I get there after 10 minutes it's not!
