First, immediately when we walked in the man was very angry and audibly complaining about the customers. Then, i ordered a venti iced coffee and they gave me a grande, this was a honest mistake so I was not very angry until they took it back and just poured it into a venti cup and added coffee ( not adding anymore cream,caramel, or sugar which i had asked for.) i took it back and tried the coffee and of course it didn’t taste right so again i asked if they could add some cream in it. the man wouldn’t make eye contact, angrily poured creamer into a cup and didn’t even hand it to me but put it at the end of the counter. I can understand being understaffed but this experience was absurd.

very rude to me and my wife. we went there to get 3 croissants, at 9 am. they had none. at a coffee/breakfast shop. then we used the wrong gift card and the lady at the window got mad at us. was very rude. honestly do not recommend coming to this starbucks.

Not sure why reading directions is so hard for this location. I have given chance after chance after chance so now I'm including it in a review. Drinkwise: Product is not consistent with request. Product received is not what I ordered. Ordered caramel macchiato, received regular latte that taste burnt. Bacon Gouda sandwich actually has more than 2inch of bacon and actually looks cooked this time.

Zeros across the board! The girl taking our order was as friendly as she could be, unfortunately, the one making our order, did not make it as requested and so I didn't get what I paid for, as I wanted it. I Typically I go to the Starbucks in Kroger's and get it exactly as I ask for it every time, without fail but, unfortunately, this time I had to go through the drive-thru and was already nervous about it, for fear. I would not get it the way I wanted it and I was right too be nervous because, it was not made as I wanted it or, as I asked for it. So, from now on, if I cannot go into Kroger's to get my drink, I will go without!!! I will also say that, there was no question that, I was very specific as to, how I wanted my drink made, considering, I repeated myself several times as to how I wanted it made! The girl taking my order told me that she understood because, she has another customer that orders her drink the same way and needs a straw because the Carmel is so thick!. I sure hope that customer gets her drink the way she asks for it because, I sure didn't. I was so disappointed that, I decided to call and and speak with the manager and I got the shift supervisor Shane and when I explained my feelings I was met with, I don't know what I was met with but, I was told that they cannot make them the way I asked for them to be made because, they have buttons that make the drinks and so they can't just make them the way I asked for it to be made. So, I asked them, why wasn't I told that then, instead of saying that it was no problem to make it that way, "I have a customer that needs a spoon because she asks for so much"? Plus, I purchase this drink every single day and I know the drink can and always has been made, the way I requested. Thank you Starbucks inside kroger!! Regardless, it was not handled the way I would have hoped that it would be and I certainly will never give that location my business again and I did not appreciate the tone that the, shift manager, quote/unquote, spoke to me with or, the things he said, not to mention, the unbelievable amount of disrespect, that I was shown. I'm now seeing though, he must get it honest because, his manager did NOT call mee as requested, nor did his GM. But, that's quite alright, I'm capable of handling things of this nature, when you have an entire management system fail drastically. I've contacted the corporate office and I was supposed to call back into the corporate office once I spoke with the GM and at this rate and the amount of time gone by, I think it's safe to say, im NOT getting a call back from the GM. Too bad, it's such a shame, I'm a business owner myself and good gosh, I would never, not ever, handle my business this way! I am not just speaking to speak and it's not my word, against his. Not when there is an entire conversation between myself and the shift supervisor, that was recorded! I record because, I will never be called a liar, by a liar!

I come here often, but it is super hit or miss. There are some core staff that I love to get that I know are super friendly, work fast, and get the orders right. However, there are many others that are just not very good at all. Place will randomly open late or close early with no indication. Causes a lot of confusion and turning multiple cars around when your store says it's open for two more hours just makes everything worse. Always out of random things as well. Ordering online isn't much better as orders are often late. Line is either super fast with the good people, or super slow and you wait 20+ mins for a cup of coffee. Id recommend going to the one in Kroger if you have time.

Sometimes Starbucks aren't the friendliest of places. You always feel like they are overwhelmed and don't want to be bothered. I feel like this one is an exception, it is very nice. The staff is usually super friendly and the lounge area is very clean and roomy. They always make my drink to perfection with a smile on their face.

Food and drinks were as ordered. Sandwiches were only warm. Had to wait 10 minutes past estimated completion time. There were 8 employees behind the counter with only 2 handling mobile orders which was the busiest part of the store.

This place USED to be good. PAST TENSEService has seriously gone downhill here. 3 of the baristas are just plain rude on a consistent basis.....and in the wrong line of work. I am overpaying for freaking coffee..... least you could do is be nice.I won't even get into the times my drinks weren't even shaken or correct, but they handed them to me anyway.I am done with this location.
