Great on most occasions. Staff is friendly and the coffee is coffee. Never had a truly bad experience here; most were taken care of. But on the flip side the associates working 90% don't care about what you get with a customized drink or special requests they just give out whatever gets you out of their line.

Usually don’t have a problem but if your online says your open till 7 but hours may vary because of a holiday and I get there at 5:10 and you don’t even come to the speaker to either say sorry we are closed or take my order that’s rude. I’m in there every morning you all know my order by heart and that’s great but at least if your closed then say something or adjust your times online!

Small and pick up only but professional employees and we got some yummy donuts. They went above and beyond in that they were short one cream filled donut and made us a couple fresh ones! I'm sure we'll be back!

Love this Tim Hortons! They’re fast, friendly, accurate, and serve a tasty product.
My wife and I hit the drive thru this morning. We were very disappointed in not only the quality of the food, but also our order was incomplete. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches were cold and bland. The new owners have discontinued to offer ketchup so it was, well, double bland. We also had to return to the store because they omitted the hash brown we ordered, which was also bland, cold, undercooked and would have been almost acceptable if there had only been some ketchup. The sheer irony is that we selected Tim Horton's hoping for better quality. I guess it's back to McDonald's, where the food is hot and they have ketchup.

Normally I have a great experience but today was ridiculous. The cashier acted as if he had no idea what was on the menu and even after being told what I wanted he still got my order wrong. When the store manager came up she was extremely rude and argumentative. Also most customers would appreciate being asked if they want cream or sugar in their coffee not ignored. I have reported my incident to customer relations and really hope this does not happen to someone else.
