Service was horrible, we're on a busy state route and the lady behind the counter got snippy with me because I couldn't here her! Then when we finally got our food the portions per price is outrageous! Crazy what people can charge and get away with now a days. I can say they will no longer receive my service

So I went to 3 shops today.The 1st thought didn't accept card? The 2nd one was closed?! HOWEVERThe 3rd one "Young's" had a nice big line.So i parked and got Rocky out, we went and stood in line. After about 5 minutes I noticed that the line had not moved. Than I seen the owner. A single person working the ice-cream shop. And from what I was seeing leave the window. She LOVES her job. Every cone was picture PERFECT!So i waited in like for about 20 minutes and ordered the strawberry milkshake and rocky a vanilla Sunday and I was expecting her to put that red syrup into the cup but NO she in blending strawberrys right into it. I tell you what tho.... it was so damn good! Rocky loved his Sunday too. His was like a small bowl that had about 4 inches of soft serve sticking out of it.I would definitely go there more often if it was closer to me.Keep up the great work girl!!!

This is one of the best spots in Mount Vernon for ice cream! It's been run by the same owner for decades and the service offered is always wonderful! Love to get a twist cone dipped in chocolate! Delicious ice cream!

They have a menu with all kinds of food, but we've only ever had their ice cream. Such a nice little place to visit on a hot day.

The best place in the county I've found to get decent vegetarian hot dogs and sandwiches, and a nice variety at that. I like eating here; I'd eat here more often if middle age had not brought about heart burn if I eat too much fried food at once and. Not the sandwiches, but if husband and I get sandwiches, we'll also get fries, onion rings, fried cauliflower - all delicious, but can't do that too often!
The coney dogs & fried cauliflower are Great! Staff Super friendly . They make you feel right at home!
