Service is impeccable, food is out of this world, music adds the best atmosphere, bathrooms spotless!!!!Best hummus and lentil soup I have ever eaten.The minute you enter, you are greeted with a smile and the utmost of respect and the unmistakeable feeling that you are welcome and that they are happy to have you .We are visiting from Florida and we were happy this place was suggested to us by friends that live here.Vegetarian options: Vegan options also which are delicious

We used to be regulars. So sad that This place has gone downhill so fast. The Shawarma Salad is now made with chopped iceberg lettuce in a bag instead of hearty leafy greens. Carrots and radishes galore. Used to be higher quality, but they have raised the prices and started to cut corners. If you want to pay $20 for salad in a bag then by all means, enjoy. They also often forget our items through DoorDash and even when we dine in. We have often ordered appetizers that never come, but that we are still charged for. We are refunded, of course, but it’s frustrating that they remember our order only when it’s time to charge us and that it has happened on several occasions. Unfortunately, this place has officially lost our business.

Overall good customer service if you have issues. They want to make things right which isn't common these days. We have been customers for years usually going to the Worthington location. We have gone to the New Albany location about 6 times and every time the quality of the food is different. The food is very good but the quality control is the main issue. For example we usually get the tuna roll and sometimes it's super dry and the pita is cracked which makes the roll fall apart when eating it. We always get a large hummus as well and half of the time the portion is half what we normally get. For the price, the portion size should be consistent.
Food is always delicious and service is wonderful. Such a gem to have in our area!

The place and atmosphere are very nice but the food is nowhere close to what it should taste like. I travelled all the middle east and eastern mideterranian region, have tons of friends in the region and can cook that food myself.... This is NOT what it should taste like, so if you like it, great for you but if you are looking for an authentic experience go somewhere else.
My chicken was grilled to perfection! So moist and it has lots of flavor.The hostess and server were a pinch too attentive.

the food is great lots of options good menu and very attentive staff, the really nice thing about this place is the decor, its modern yet middle eastern at the same time, the reception has lots of baked goods displayed makes you wanna get desert very smart, I had the falafel Aladdin wrap, it was fantastic but the falafel was a tad too salty for my taste

Such a lovely place for a quiet lunch. The food is out of this world every single time. If you like spice, I would definitely recommend adding a side (or 4) of their homemade hot sauce. Their hummus is among the best I've ever had. I am not a vegetarian, but their hummus and falafel rolled is jam packed with flavor. 10/10, this is my number one personal craving.Vegetarian options: the hummus falafel rolled is filled with flavor, it has the best of both worlds. the falafel is cooked perfectly every time. portion size is also good for the price.
