Every time I come to this Arby's there's is a ridiculously long wait through the drive thru and there is no one else here. Pretty sure people inside aren't doing anything. I was asked to pull up because chicken wasn't ready and the person behind me got their order over 10 minutes ago. Now I'm just sitting here hoping they remember my order.

Yelled at us through the drive through?? They were rude through the intercom, we waited longer for our food and they forgot some so we came around to tell them. my boyfriend got started throwing up all of the sudden when they told us to pull around. he’s still vomiting and they are yelling at us through the intercom so disrespectful.

Arby’s may claim to have the meats but they weren’t on my Ruben sandwich. Previously the sandwich has been piled high with corned beef but not on this occasion. I had one thin slice on my sandwich. Fries were also cold and hard. Come on Arby’s you are better than this.
order wasn’t ready when I pulled up nor was the order, correct. had to wait an additional five minutes to get my food remade, and when I went into the store to let them know that the order was wrong the guy laughed..
Update 9/29/23. This location has drastically improved. My last few experiences have been excellent with friendly service.I pulled up to the speaker on Sunday afternoon, 8/31/22. A female voice asked to take my order. I gave my order. Silence from the speaker. Backed up and pulled back to the speaker, thinking there were technical difficulties. Nothing. I pull up to the window, no one. Then a male worker comes out. I asked what was going on and he replied that they just closed. Outrageous. May as well shut down now, because that's the future for this location.
By far the slowest and worst Arby's around. Cold fries, sat in store for 20 minutes before getting our food. Had to listen to the staff arguing with each other. Once we got our food they were rude handing it to us. I like Arby's, but this one is horrible!

Drove from Patasksla to try the new burger but not enough staff to open the lobby and I'm not eating in my car. Ticks me off! I went elsewhere and won't be back!
