The past several times that I've gone in to order a sandwich, two different employees have made me feel like a jerk for making them wait on me. I was polite and friendly and they would barely say anything or make eye contact. One finished my sandwich and simply sat the bag on the counter, turned, and walked away without a word. No 'thanks,' no 'have a nice night.' I know that it's not the greatest job, I've done those jobs, but if you are so upset about being there that you make the customers feel bad about spending money in your store, please quit and do something where you do not interact with the public.

My fiancé went in on Sunday, the 3rd, at around 1pm. The cashier was rude right off the bat. He asked to do a large sandwich with 2 drinks & a brownie to make it a combo. She said you had to get a chip to make it a combo, he said that he was able to do it in Gahanna just fine. She responded “Well that’s not here!” like as if Jimmy John’s shouldn’t be consistent across the board? Whatever, he didn’t get the brownie. Then she threw, literally threw, the sandwiches into the bag, like the bread was torn up when I opened up the wrapping. He asked for the kicking ranches that he paid for & she threw them at him, could have spilled, but thankfully didn’t. Got home & the order was wrong. We got a BLT with onion & cheese, how easy is that? No onion, no cheese, which not only didn’t make the sandwich as good, but I’m sure we were up-charged for it & didn’t even get it. I know the food industry must suck, but my fiancé & I are some of the most patient people ever, there was no reason to the poor attitude & our order being wrong(probably purposefully).

Got halfway through my unwich sandwich and realized I was eating rotten lettuce. Definitely gross and not what I expected. I will have to leave a negative review here as a warning to others. The people making the sandwich absolutely had to see that this was bad and went ahead and served it to me anyways. A ton of negative reviews for this location. I would avoid it.Shame on you, Jimmy John’s, New Albany, Ohio!! I’m not really looking forward to some possible digestive issues later :(Update 9/7/23: I did contact JJs via facebook messenger and got no response. Although I kind of expected that as it didn't really look like they cared when they made my sandwich so figured it would be a similar experience on FB. Also responded to the JJ response below, followed the link and got an email thanking me for feedback. LOL Jimmy John's don't care! Jimmy John's used to be my favorite go to Fast Food... Thank goodness for choices....Next Stop Firehouse Subs or Jersey Mikes!

It was my first time ever in a jimmy johns. I went in w my boyfriend who has been to many locations many of times. Right off the bat, we did not feel welcomed. It was the opposite. The girl charged us twice because the card reader wasn’t working? Her solution was “call your bank”. Sooo now we get to deal with that when it could’ve been avoided. She was so rude about it. I’ve never ate at any other locations but my bf has and has never had a bad experience.

Big Thanks to the apparent GM and owner of this location, Todd, for reminding why I have not ordered Jimmy John's in about a year. Placed a delivery order around 8. Get a call from from Todd about 8:30 letting me know that they do not have any of the items I ordered, and wanted to know if I would like different things. This was not offered these discount or free, so obviously I did not take him up on sub par unwanted items.I then said he could cancel my order, to which I was told I would see my money back in 4 business days, which as I have calculated out, could be as far as Tuesday because I ordered on a Wednesday.Thank you Jimmy John's for giving me yet another story I can repeat everytime I hear your company brought up. The stellar training you must have given Todd shown through, and you have created a very enthusiastic anti-marketer for your company in me.Thank you for stealing my money for a week.

Jimmy John’s has the most amazing delivery people. Today when I had my delivery the delivery person forgot my drink about 15 minutes later she shows up with my drink and offers to pay me for it. About a month ago, I had another delivery person that found my wallet on my driveway. when she couldn’t get me at the door, she went to my neighbors house. She left the wallet with my neighbor to make sure that I got it back. Not only are they freaky fast they are incredibly honest and go above and beyond. Oh and their unwiches are also amazing! The caprese is the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Pleas don’t take it off the menus!

I'm Italian so I got exited when I seen the new Caprese Salami Pesto sandwich tv commercial. I'm telling you it's a waste of my daily calories. 12:40 pm 3-22-2023. $10 Great commercial poor sandwich.
