I really don’t know why the service is soooooo slow at this location when it’s NEVERRRR busy! Two cars in the drive thru . Sitting at the speaker saying HELLO because nobody cared enough to take my order , then had to wait 10 mins to receive my order ! Better off going to the Dublin Granville location.

Do not order from this location!Placed an order through the app like usual but the person at the drive through said they have no chicken sandwiches. I called the manager said they can not refund the money.She said the GM that only works week days that can do a refund.Contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge.The chicken is good but not worth the hassle.

Me and dad stopped here yesterday around 4 pm. Ordered 12 wings, made it a combo. Had to remind the guy behind the counter to give me the drink cup. Waited at least 20, if not 30 MINUTES to get our wings. We could have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters and gotten served in the same amount of time. When being handed our food, I had to remind them that we ordered an extra biscuit, because they had forgotten. Once we got home, the wings tasted good... But the service was awful.

I Love the chicken, the people are generally nice, but on my last visit I ordered 5 pc chicken tenders meal and asked for sweet fire sauce and they gave me 1 packet for 5 tenders and it was no where near enough, so I would suggest them putting 2 packets with 5 tender orders....

Anyone on here saying it's good must be employees, cause this place is horrible and I mean horrible. Since it opened we've been there 3 timed and it's been horrible everytime. Will not be back and I will spread the word! Employees are very unfriendly and food sucks! Close up and let someone else put something there worthy of eating, like white castles or something.

Placed an order online. I arrived at the drive-thru since I marked drive thru for pick up. We were told to go sit in a parking spot to wait for it. It never came to our car. So I called from our spot and they said the order had been sitting inside for the whole time since it had been completed . The person who told us to go park and wait never communicated to the rest of the staff we were out there waiting for it to be completed .( Assuming she clocked out at 8. ) Just terrible communication. Now the food is extremely cold and we want our 40 minutes back.
