We love Qdoba! It has the freshest , best tastingMexican food around!! We live in Pickerington but will drive to New Albany or Polaris to get it!! It has great salsa, queso,chips, salads and bowls and quesdillas!! The servers are so friendly!Vegetarian options: Salads, beans, lettuce, pickled onions , stir fried veggies!!

I had never tried Qdoba before, Until about last week, and it was so delicious!! Will be back!
I'll follow Google's template. Food is like if Chipotle had more, better options for ingredients. Service... No offense but what service? You buy everything at the counter and fill your drink yourself. It's not a place that has servers. Atmosphere is a bank. The building was a bank and isn't hiding that fact. All that said, I really do like this place and your experience will be above my star ratings.

My family and I come to Qdoba in New Albany once a week and love it as our special / eat out meal for the week . It’s always delicious and fresh. They have wonderful service and great employees who are always cheerful and kind to us . Anyway one Friday night we were sick and placed an online order because we couldn’t come in person, unfortunately that order did get a little messed up . As soon as I realized there was an issue I called the store and spoke with Zack and he told me they would correct our issue. We went in for our replacement meal and the employees literally bent over backwards for us including the manager Ian who was on duty that night . They took time out and spoke to us and just made us feel like they cared and valued us as customers. They went above and beyond and I left there feeling a bit emotional because it’s hard to find a place that actually cares anymore like they did and it made me feel really good. I am a very satisfied customer, I will be returning, and I am so glad that I decided to come to qdoba and leave behind a similar restaurant that does not value the quality of food or their customers. Thank you qdoba see you next week!

I used to go to Qdoba quite often before most/all went out of business in Cleveland. I finally got a chance to stop by when they opened at this location. I ordered the chicken bowl which was good. Everything was well seasoned. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, fair prices, good selection, food is consistent each time I've gone, and I love the use of the old bank drive thru. Much better than the terribly run Chipotle next door. Keep up the great work New Albany Qdoba team!

Was not a huge fan of Qdoba Mexican Grill in New Albany. This might be a location thing or the franchise but I just did not love it. They have a lot of options and I get why people love it. Just was not for me. It is setup chipotle style but has queso and their queso is pretty amazing. I got the mild and spicy one mixed together and it's warm and yummy. My bowl however was not amazing. I remember their chicken not being great so I got steak on my bowl instead. They have an employee there named Ian who helped make our experience better. He was walking around ensuring everyone was happy and when I mentioned that it was my first time, he brought me a cookie. I love that he went out of his way for ensure that he everyone was enjoying their food. Great customer service

Stop here for a quick lunch and my first time here so I was a little confused on how the process works. They were very helpful and friendly also took the time to walk me down the line to each station and explain how to order. The food was really good and I love the different sauces they had and impressed with all the different ingredients you had to choose from. I will definitely be back
