I'm not one to leave reviews for places but this was just too dumb not to share. Decided to go grab an energy drink and food with my boyfriend after our night shift and went out to the car to eat our food and talk in peace for a while before we drove off. After I had gotten to the car to put the food in it I had to go back into the building to use the restroom. On my way in this worker (an older lady, I think, I couldn't tell) had turned around as I was walking by the self checkouts and had said "Did you pay for your monster?" As she stood next to one of the screens with a monster that had been scanned but not paid yet for. I responded, "I didn't get a monster I got an Alani." I then pointed to the other checkout next to the one she was standing at and said "we also hadn't checked out at that one we checked out at this first one". I then went to the bathroom and came back out to the car. That wasn't the initial issue. But we had been sitting out in the car for a little while eating and as we were talking I noticed that we were being stared at from inside the store. The lady was just watching us talk in our car and would continue doing it frequently. We weren't doing anything wrong, there were no signs that had displayed "no loitering" anywhere. We were doing what a lot of young people do when going to grab food at a gas station, getting caught up in conversation before leaving. She wouldn't stop walking around the store watching us from the inside. She was talking to associates and pointing at us, clearly making a big deal out of it. We decided it was annoying and that we were going to be in our way. As he was going to his car I glanced over and saw that one of the employees was standing next to the lady with a phone to their ear looking at us and the lady was looking at our cars and repeating something back to the other, I'm assuming getting details. I don't know if they were calling the cops or what, I would hope not.. because in what world were we disturbing anyone. Our lights weren't blinding anyone, we weren't making noise, no music.. just minding our business. It's just pathetic to see someone clearly bored enough to be that an*l about something as little of importance as that. Really unprofessional. I would hope, being that they were on the clock, that they wouldn't have that much time on their hands to be watching a couple sit in their car to talk for however long. Get a life.

Food is good. The order system, not so much. I place online mobile orders so that it's ready when I get there. Having to wait for someone to give me my order defeats the purpose, especially if there's no one behind the counter or they're just not paying attention. This is the only place where I have to wait to pick up my order. I think I'll try a different store until this is straightened out
WHERE THE MEAT? When you guys charge the price you do, you need to include everything... This looks like someone scooped out the meat to your taco... This is disrespectful to your customers who try to support you and your ever inflating prices... Do better.

Was under the impression sheetz good was good. Just got a burger and fries. Terrible.Fries were old and pasty, dropped at least 3 times. Tried to get fresh fries. Guy refused insisting they were fresh. Unfortunately for him I cook for a living and know the difference. Burger was unseasoned but passable. Learned my lesson

Walked in to be greeted by a dangling spider! Walked around it to order mto food. 2 out of the 4 order screens are down/ broken. The 3rd one out of receipt paper. 4th being used by someone else. No problem just won’t get food. Went to get some water. Someone had opened a Fiji water, took a drink, and put it back…. Gross. 5/11/23 around 9-10pm
