Was an online order that was placed 3 hours previously. Was scheduled for pickup at 6 and I walked out at 6:35. Sauce for the pretzel bread was skimpy as was some of the meat on the cheese steak subs. Floors were sticky. These experiences won't deter me from ordering from Subway again but will certainly make me have second thoughts before ordering from this location again.

This Subway is usually ran by the sweetest, most helpful and efficient woman, ever. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. The food is always exactly as requested and made on time. ☺️

If you have a mobile order you must walk up into the line and stand there and stare at them. They will stop making your sandwich to help people who come in and order from the counter. I used the online order to get my points, and then watched as two people got their food while I was still waiting.

We ordered ahead and picked up at the store. We ordered 3 salads of which all had dressing on them in the bowls, not sure why they would do that, but by the time we got them home they were disgusting. The subs were fair at best and looked skimpy, but tasted ok. Overall disappointed. This was our family Christmas get together.

This location is so stingy. If you use a coupon (only for certain subs), you’re only allowed less cheese, less meat, less veggies and also one sauce. Tried to tell us it’s corporate rules, but subways are franchised and it was the first time hearing you can’t get 2 sauces. ??‍♀️ We have been going there for 8 years and with the new ownership in the last few years, we will just drive further to Gahanna.

This franchise is very stingy. Smaller portions than I’ve ever gotten at any Subway. My foot long meatball sub only had 6 tiny meatballs. I believe there are supposed to be 8. Also, the only other topping I got besides cheese was pickle, and they gave me just a few slices. I will never patronize this location again.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't take BOGO unless ordered online. Which is fine...but then proceed to make other orders before mine. Even though they received my online order they even walked in. Will never go there again. Go to a different Subway! Never go there!

WOW....never in my life have I experience such horrible customer service. Subway is running a half off footlong if you order two. My wife and I decided hey let's try one of the new sandwiches since we really don't eat there. And now I know why. The store employees would not take the coupon which is online. They stated they don't have a code and I needed to order online which was fine. So I sat down and tried to order but was having issues with the app so I called my wife to help and she completed the order after us trying multiple times over 20 minutes. I was cool and the order finally came. The made my sandwich but I had to wait for them to help 5 others that came in AFTER I did. I asked hey why am I waiting and the employee told me the time on my order was for another 10 minutes. Hey A$$ you saw my order, saw me sit down to follow your rules then help others in front of me instead of finishing my order which you where aware of. WOW... then when I said something the employee wanted to argue... NOT COOL .. I don't care what business you are in the customer is always right!! And really we are talking about food...just finish the order and move on to the next. Don't make people wait an extra 10 minutes because you want to be an A$$!! Never will I go here AGAIN NEVER!!!! Go to the other one on Hamilton .. yes it an extra five minutes but hell better service is worth it!!! @subwaycorp @subway @Reviewscount

All of their deli meat is sliced in a packing plant off site in one location location possibly 2. Nothing is sliced fresh to order. What they call bread Has so much sugar in it That in Sweden they are not even allowed to call it bread! I am not sure how they call this healthy eating when all they are offering Is possibly fresh vegetables And high calorie Dressings, Fatty chips And soda pop with the exception of water.

Subway hadn’t been on my go to list for some time, but this young couple have put the franchise back at the top. I, with my very old mother in tow, now stop by this particular Subway every chance we get. They are friendly and fun, the establishment is clean, the bread and ingredients are fresh, and the finished product is delicious! Very highly recommended! And now, of course, I am starving!

This is a great Subway location! The workers here are super friendly and have a ton of grace for their customers. I also loved how fresh their food is! You can tell they take great pride in what they do.

Portions are to small. Never been to a subway that is so hard up they can't give you veggies. I order a tuna wrap which is considered a footlong and costs as much. They put two tomatoes,two cucumbers and so on. It was a scam. Yes, they do seem family run, and they all know to skimp below average subway portions to nickel and dime the customer. So you go to Jimmy John's near by and get charge $10 for a 6" or here to get charged 9 for a 6" wrap.
