the guy who works the window is the kindest soul. not only do i love taco bell, especially this location, but it makes the experience all the difference when he’s working!!

Waited in the drive-thru for an hour just for a pickup, so I decided to start just getting the pickup at counter. Wasn't any better and is honestly the reason I'd never recommend going here. The workers literally ignore anyone that comes inside. I will stand there as close to the counter as possible and there will be 3 of them that perfectly position themselves where they "don't see you". I had to demand they give me my pickup order after standing there for 5 minutes (no exaggeration). One worker doesn't even speak English. Just to make it clear this wasn't just one single time this has happened. I've gone there 4 times now and it's the same 5 minute wait on the inside and 30 minutes to an hour wait in the drive thru.

don’t waste your time here if you have anywhere to be within the next 4-6 business days. i’ve been sitting trapped in the drive thru with a screaming three year old for thirty minutes because they know they’re so inefficient at their job that they have to trap you in the drive through so you don’t go anywhere else.i have had enough time to write this review and have my daughters dad leave our house, drive here to pick her up, and make it back home before i even got to the window.

Always super slow have to sit here for atleast 30mins to an hour if there's 4 cars in the drive thru. Gotten to the point to where I live close and when I want to go if I see more than 4 cars there at all I know not to go. Would think they could make this kinda food quick and get it out quick but not here. Food is very meh even for Taco Bell standards... often cold or thrown together half ass and for how long you sit and wait and have to pay now it's not worth it. Got there at 7:34 didn't get food till 7:58 only 4 cars in drive thru.

I have given this branch chance after chance to prove to me they can make a the food correctly...this is the last straw...I ordered a crunch wrap(first time) barely any meat, had a regular taco, meat tasted nasty, 2 cheesey melts- those were barely melted. The cinnamon twists were no or good either! I'm done with this location! They are very friendly but suck at making food!!!
