Walked out. Stood at the register for 10 minutes and was ignored. The only customer in the building. There was at least 5 or more employees behind the counter. Good training. Good representation of the brand.

By far the dirtiest Wendy’s in Columbus! The bathrooms are disgusting, parking lot is full of pot holes & they barely plow their lot. They blame everything on Tim Hortons owning the buildingThere’s 2 other locations that are much better in New Albany

I don't dine at Wendy's often, and this visit reminded me why. There was one employee who was trying harder to avoid work than working would have been. I ordered the Son of Baconator combo. I didn't realize sandwiches needed a gender but evidently they do. That's kind of beside the point. The sandwich was okay. The fries were stale, not very appetizing. Overall, not a horrible experience but not something I would care to repeat anytime soon. I realize it's fast food but come on guys you can do better.
Long line at the drive thru the had issue with the Rewards for a chicken sandwich and didn't have any cash.Cashier declined to help out.Corporate customer service made good but I will not return to this outlet for a while.

Just went through the drive through for dinner. There was no one in line and no one in the store yet we were rushed through our order and pick up. Upon arrival at home one of the two burgers we ordered was not included. How do you miss one out of two burgers??!! Do better Wendy's!! Oh and the fries were stone cold.

I tried! I really tried to give this location props. But you keep making it easy to NOT give you anything, including my money!!We just went two weeks ago and ordered a Taco Salad. Got home and there was no chili. We also ordered a Big Bacon Classic and got a single.I called and spoke to Ray who said: “Just come thru the drive thru and tell them Ray said you were missing items out of your order and we will provide the missing items.” Didn’t take my name or anything.Ray? That’s gonna backfire on you one day.Like dummies we just went back. We didn’t take Ray up on his offer because it’s just weird. We ordered ANOTHER taco salad and got home andddddd … no nacho chips. We ordered SPICY nuggets and got plain. We ordered two cookies and got zero.Y’all raised prices and lowered your standards all at the same time. The app doesn’t work half the time, the chat feature always says that I’m #1 in line but nobody is ever there, and the Facebook Messenger crew just plain sucks.We won’t be back. We won’t be missed. But we won’t miss Wendy’s either.Just avoid all fast food in New Albany.
